This hotel is a real gem! We loved the large room and comfortable bed. Great location, just across the street from Mirabell Palace and Gardens. It was just a 10 minute walk to old town. Plenty of dining options, a pharmacy, and a convenience store within a 5 minute walk. The front desk staff were simply wonderful! Anna welcomed us with enthusiasm when we arrived, and gave us several wonderful recommendations on what to visit in Salzburg. She assisted us several times during our stay. All of the front desk staff always smiled and spoke to us as we entered and left the hotel. I noticed that they greeted every guess in a welcoming and positive manner.
We did not experience anything negative during our 2 night stay.

Centrally located and in front of mirabell garden.
Outdated room with old scuffed furniture and tub looked institutional.
