It is a quiet corner unit with nobody above you and includes a private balcony with a great view as well. The kitchen has new appliances including Flat top stove, Refrigerator and dishwasher for your private cooking experience. Kitchen is also fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils to make your stay feel at home. Toiletries such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer etc. are supplied. Pool towels are also supplied for use in clubhouse. You also have private access to a new washer/dryer located in closet on deck for your convenience. The view from the bedroom balcony is private and gorgeous with a breathtaking view of Pine Mountain. You'll have a queen size bed and a comfortable sofa with pull out memory foam queen size sleeper. There are extra sheets & blankets provided for the sofa bed. High speed wireless internet is provided along with a 50" 4K Smart TV in Living room as well as a 27" wall mounted TV in Bedroom with Hulu live on both. All included at no additional cost streaming hundreds of channels for your enjoyment. There is a secure keyless entry pad on door for self check-in. You will be provided a personal code upon your arrival. You will be close to all the main attractions! This is by far the best option in St. George for overall value. Pay far less than a hotel and get way more. Delightful, clean, cozy condo. Comfy bed, well stocked kitchen, easy parking and storage, and unbeatable location. May and Don were always available but never intrusive hosts. Perfect base for exploration of city bike trails, mountain bike trails, hiking all the local trails, enjoying tuachan and farmer’s market, and easy day trips to national parks.

We travelled from Vegas to St. George for a weekend of fishing. The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was clean, easy check in and out the location was close to Pine Valley where we fished. Our only regret was we didn’t have enough time to use all the recreational amenities offered at the condo complex. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Utah!

The unit was great for 2. It would be pretty tight for more than 2 people. The location was good. The kitchen has most of what is needed; a non-stick pan would be a good addition. Overall, we were happy with the unit and would stay there again if only 2 people looking for a convenient and affordable unit in St. George.

Everything was very nice and handy. I had no needs! The screen door to the balcony was hard to open and close -- maybe so graphite or WD-40 would do the trick. Other than that, all was grand!

Great property good location. Mostly clean we did find a needle cap in the sofa bed along with some questionable sheets. Luckily their was a spare set in the closet. We are hopeful this was from a diabetic and not a drug party. Other than that it was enjoyable.

The location was great - easy to access restaurants (nonna's and Bella Marie within 8 miles - great Italian food). close to Snow Canyon (great hiking) and St George Botanical native garden. Host very responsive to questions that I texted.

I will be staying in this adorable lil place again. Super cute decor, extremely clean, love they have kitchen fixin’s so you don’t need to bring anything. Nice patio area and great amenities, parking was right there too. I’m glad no stairs either to lug cooler & crap up and down. Highly recommend

This unit is well-maintained, the bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the clear instructions for the TV and internet. The property and amenities looked well-kept. We would have used the pickleball courts but there were high temperatures (100 plus) when we stayed. I also needed check-in instructions earlier and May was very accommodating. We would stay here again.

The price would be appropriate for a large place with updated decor and luxury linens. Also, you pay a cleaning fee but still have to do laundry and take a hike to put the trash in a bin halfway across the neighborhood.

Quick response from owner when booking. Check-in easy. Comfortable accommodations. Description lists ability for 4 people to stay (1 bedroom and sofa sleeper), but it is a small dwelling and think it would be crowded with more than 2 people. Lots of different activities in the area and at the resort itself.

The owners were very accommodating with a couple of special requests that we needed. They property was neat and clean. WE had all the items we needed. Just be aware that the unit is quite small and would be a challenge for more than two people. Otherwise, it was great.
