Situated in Virginia Beach, this lovely condo for $275 per night is a great choice for your next break. Ocean side of Atlantic Ave, no busy street to cross, Parking is on 78th st so you don’t have to back into traffic on Atlantic Ave, Newly renovated: 957 sq ft inside, 3 Bedroom, 2 bath. Dog-friendly duplex/condo unit with fully fenced yard; and 3 steps to entryway, 3 BR(2 queens, 2 Twins); stay and play available for infant children. Under the guest column please tell is how many adults and children are coming, and slide the tab over to blue if your bringing your pet dog, pet fee is $30 per night, if you do t see the blue tab just let us know you are bringing your pet and we will send you info on the pet fee. Thanks 2 indoor bathrooms, one is a full bath, the other in the master is a half bath, plus private outdoor shower with hot and cold water(turned off in winter months), stocked with all cooking supplies, pots,pans, silverware, toaster, barware, Kuerig coffee maker, , kitchen table seats 4, new central air conditioning, Internet with Roku Tv, washer/dryer; iron/board; blow dryer. 50" flat screen smart TV. Only approx 264 foot steps to direct public beach access ; semi private beach compared to Virginia Beach boardwalk beach. Also at the opposite end of street within 1 block there are some good walking trails in the state park. Primitive Walking distance from rental to Boardwalk is 2.4 miles on the beach Unit comes with some beach chairs, a beach cart for transporting your beach items, please bring your own umbrellas. Also we provide all bed linens,and bath towels, please bring your own beach towels. We provide a starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. Guests are responsible for replenishing their supplies. We welcome your dogs, they are allowed on the beach on leash anytime before Memorial Day weekend and after Labor Day. During the summer season your dog can still enjoy the beach before 10am or after 6 pm always keep them on leash. Unit has nice front yard area, completely enclosed with fencing, and grass🐕, Rear area is also fenced in and private and mostly just sand, large shade tree in back for shade and all the leaves you want to take home with yo, under the guest section column please tell us how many adult are coming and how many children, and if your bringing your pet dog slide the tab to the right so we know a dog is on the property Parking is on the side of unit off of Atlantic Ave, enough parking for 2 full size cars, or you may pull forward to the fence and “ stack “ small cars. There is a locking storage shed for securing your bicycles if need also. Location is convenient to Ft Story , just 12 blocks away, Virginia Marine Science Museum, First Landing state park is just a few blocks away, great place to ride a bike and a nice beach for kids, Boardwalk is a short 30 blocks away, Rudy Inlet is a short drive to charter a boat for fishing or dolphin watching, plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Owners live locally. Walking distance from the rental to the boardwalk is 2.4 miles, walking on the beach. Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, are approx 45 min away. Close proximity to Navy Bases Little Creek, Oceana, Naval Station Norfolk Book with Confidence Guarantee insurance is offered at check inn, if you have concerns about cancelling due to unexpected sickness or during hurricane season which is from June 1 to Nov 30 th, or if you have any other weather concerns, we will offer a refund if the Governor issues an evacuation order.Please be aware that it is Virginia Beach it’s a high humidity area in the summer and we don’t give refunds if you see a Palmetto bug or a fly or any other insects, we have pest service on schedule. The bungalow was right on Atlantic Blvd. so it was a quick drive into downtown VA. Beach and the Boardwalk but it was also just a block walk to the beach which was perfect since the North End is a bit quieter and absolutely beautiful. The fenced front yard was great for our dog to run around in and the location is just a few blocks from a huge State Park that was a lot of fun to explore. The bungalow was clean, colorful and fun. I would recommend it highly!

Stayed during the off season to visit family. The house is comfortable, the fenced in backyard was great for dogs, and the proximity to the beach and everything in town made for a great stay. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed this house, especially the fenced in front and back yards for the dog. Beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and it’s so close to the beach. We look forward to staying here again.

Great getaway for family. Private back yard and fence front yard are great for relaxing with entire family and wearing out the dog before heading to dinner. Perfectly located within easy walk to beach and state park for great hiking. House was clean, and had everything we needed.

This property had everything we needed for our stay with our 4 y/o, 11mo old, dog, & my spouse. We love how close it is to the beach, & a short drive from everything we needed (groceries, delicious coffee at Fathom). The outdoor shower and hose were very convenient to rinse off after our play in the sand. They had beach equipment in the shed but we only used the umbrella once, which was in great shape! Note they do not have a bathtub so it was baby’s first shower! (We all survived ;) )

This very cute duplex is a very close walk to a nice beach area. This time of year (October) it was practically deserted. It was still nice outside..upper 60’s/low 70’s. The house was clean and tidy and really adorably furnished. There are 3 bedrooms and plenty of room for a duplex. We had four people and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. There is also a completely fenced front and back yard, so we felt safe bringing a pet with us. It was easy to communicate with the owners, and they responded promptly to questions or comments. We would definitely consider renting this house again when we return to Virginia Beach. 💜

House worked great for three couples except there were no tables large enough for six people to eat or play games together. Beach was very close. Convenient for walking the dogs. Short drive to good restaurants. Would stay again.

We rented this property when we came to Va Beach for my daughter’s wedding. The place was great! Close to the beach and all the amenities we needed. Hosts were very responsive to questions. This was my first Vrbo experience so I was a little hesitant and not quite sure about the process but they were great! Definitely would love to come back.

Was great , just if your dog thinks any open gate is their freedom then don’t leave them in the yard unattended the yard is a shared yard and it’s also beach access for others the signs ask to close gate but the one wooden doesn’t latch without pulling up and if the person didn’t know your dog can easily push it open other than that it was a great place

Perfect spot for a getaway with our two mini labradoodles. Very clean, very well represented in the listing, and wished we had booked 2 weeks. If the beach was any closer we would have been sleeping on it.

Modest accommodations but perfect for what we were looking for -- near best beach in VB, dog friendly, 3 rooms. Everything was set up nicely and in great shape with new appliances. Very user friendly, very dog friendly. Nice fenced in front and rear yard. We love the North End beach and was super easy to get to without crossing Atlantic Ave for our morning and evening dog walks. Would stay again.

The house was in a perfect location. Very close to the beach - we walked the two minutes for sunrise every day of our stay. As a runner, it was amazing to also be so close to the First Landing State Park. I ran there every day of our visit, and they were some of the best trails I have ever run on. The home was perfect for our dog, Drake. He absolutely loved laying in front of the electric fireplace and running around off leash in the fenced in front and back areas. The chairs for the beach were wonderful to have as well as the linens and towels inside. I only have a few comments for improvements - the propane grill did not work which was unfortunate as we wanted to grill and enjoy the area in the back for a barbeque. The back outdoor area was nice, but it could have been just a bit cleaner. We absolutely loved the cute decor inside, but the couches were very uncomfortable to sit on to watch a movie or relax for any extended period of time. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay. Thank you for having us!

This a great place to stay! We did a little get away with our dogs and the location is perfect for this! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, the beach is very easy to access. The beds are comfortable and there were many little thoughtful touches we appreciated!

Nice home just close enough to the VB boadwalk but far enough to be in the quieter section of town. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk. It was great to sit on the beach and watch the red moon. The interior of the home was well furnished. Plenty of towels were provided. Beds were comfortable

This was our second time staying here. The house is clean and welcoming to humans and dogs alike. Perfect location for anyone who wants a vacation on the quiet / peaceful side but easy drives to activities and restaurants. Lovely and quick walk to the beach. One of the many reasons we went back this year is because we met the owner, Jeff, last year and he was really nice, cool and responsive / fixed something that wasn't working right away. We ran into him a couple times this year and had a great time talking to him. So... great beach house, location and owner! Would go back one day for sure.
