About this apartment rental
This Venice vacation rental 2nd floor condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and room for 4 guests It features 2 separate lanais. One of which is closed off and air conditioned. You can enjoy the sun and swimming at the pool, local shopping, golf and nearby beaches. The unit features reclining furniture and all the kitchen supplies needed. All linens and towels are included as well. This is the perfect getaway condo that includes everything you need. It is located in Farmington Vistas which is the safest community because they require all guests to complete a background check application which requires a SS#. Since the condo association requires monthly rentals, please start on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the month. A fully refundable $250 damage deposit is required for every reservation. The deposit is refunded promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage to the property or its contents.

Nice condo, clean and very responsive landlord. Great central location, easy access to beaches and various places of interest, i.e. Sarasota to Fort Myers, lots of golf courses and restaurants. Lacking slightly in amenities, no gym or tennis courts but local park tennis courts were just around the corner and the YMCA was close as well. If returning to this area, we would definitely rent from Paul again - he is an absolute gem to deal with.
