Spend your next vacation at our home located within the Plantation Golf and Country Club in Venice, Florida, just minutes away from several beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities. Our top floor, fourth story, 14 foot cathedral ceiling condominium is bright and beautiful and overlooks the 10th fairway of the Bobcat course of the Plantation Golf and Country Club. The elevator is just a few steps from our door! Venice is a quaint and tranquil town near the Gulf of Mexico located within 60 minutes of Sarasota, Fort Myers, and Tampa Bay.
For those of you who enjoy biking, Venice has many lovely bike paths including Sunset Park, Manasota Beach, and Venetian Waterway Legacy Trail.

My wife and I bought this condominium from her mom and dad who were the original owners. The unit is pristine and we welcome 'Snow Birds' into our home. Enjoy!

New granite vanities in both bathrooms
New quartz countertops and sinks in the kitchen

New King size bed and linens in the master bedroom
New twin beds and linens in the guest bedroom
Three hi-definition TVs

We are a top floor unit of a four-story building with an elevator within steps of our condo.
The elevator makes access easy for all.
Step out onto the lanai and witness a spectacular view of the 10th fairway of the Bobcat course of the prestigious Plantation Golf and Country Club.
We have a social membership at the club that allows you access to the restaurant in the grand clubhouse, junior-Olympic size swimming pool (it's big!), spa, and state-of-art fitness center. All of these amenities are within easy walking distance from the condominium. I have a complete set of golf clubs which is available to my renters.
Beaches and restaurants are just a 15-minute drive from our condo. I enjoy eating at Finn's and many other great eating establishments in downtown Venice. We have a list of restaurants in our condo
Our home is fully furnished and includes a 14-foot cathedral ceiling in the living room, 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms which sleeps six with our queen size pullout sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with all updated appliances. You won’t be disappointed!

This condo has absolutely everything you could need for a wonderful vacation. Mike is very easy to work with. We had a wonderful time. I would recommend anyone looking to explore and discover this area to stay in this condominium.

Our first time in Venice, we enjoyed the stay. The condo was very well equipped with everything you would need. Mike and Nancy was very helpful with our enquires, and told us where to go to enjoy, all that Venice had to offer. We hope to return this year.
