About this condo rental
Nestled in Mira Mesa, this lovely condo for $217 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This spacious first floor condo is near 15 freeway entrance yet remains tucked away from noise. It has a tandem two car garage for your added convenience. The main entry to the unit is down a secluded hall that allows for more privacy. Once you enter the unit there is a gorgeous gourmet kitchen that boasts appliances and is stocked with all the dishware and cookware you can need! The master bedroom is complete with a king bed set, as well as a massive walk in closet and it's own entrance to the cozy patio and en suite bathroom. Newly renovated master bathroom. The second bedroom is also very spacious and has a massive walk in closet. The second bathroom is across the hall from the second bedroom. In the living room you will find tons of natural light and comfy seating that promotes a sense of gathering. There is also a large TV in the living room. There is a lovely decorative table set across from the kitchen in this open concept area. On the patio there is a table and chair set for soaking up some afternoon sun and fresh air. The larger size stackable washer/dryer is on the secluded patio as well, although they are hidden behind a door. This neighborhood is quiet with a five start community center, theater room, large pool with spa & cabanas, BBQ area, gym. Walking distance to Filippi's pizza, Trader Joes, Board & Brew, Japanese BBQ and more. As far as location goes this place hits the jackpot. It is near a main freeway entrance that will take you to all the San Diego hot spots. There is also an awesome movie theater on the other side of the freeway, tons of grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and shopping! I definitely recommend this place to larger families or traveling groups, it is very spacious and open. You won't feel crammed in this place! The tandem garage also helps if you have multiple cars coming on the trip. However, this place is also great for small families or groups who appreciate privacy. As the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit.

We stayed here for a month in July 2021, and were not disappointed in any way. The unit was just as pictured, and was clean and spacious with comfortable furniture and beds. The towels and linens provided were nice, and the unit was well stocked with everything we needed. The WIFI was fast and reliable so we were able to work remotely. It was surprisingly quiet and we rarely heard our neighbors. The complex is lovely and well kept with a nice pool and large workout room. There is a Trader Joe's in walking distance as well as several restaurants, and a grocery store a short drive away. We found a fun farmer's market in Scripps Ranch on Thursday evenings with great food and produce. We loved the tandem two car attached garage that was plenty big enough for our SUV. The host Yan was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay on this lovely, comfortable condo, close to Mira Mesa Blvd & I-15. Nice neighborhood, friendly neighbors and very convenient for restaurants and shopping. Miramar lake is nearby and a nice place to walk.

This property was very conveniently located for me, near my grandkids, plus less than a mile to a very nice Lake Miramar recreational area. Comfy beds, great linens in the bathroom and good tv, Internet. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice place to stay
Very comfortable, clean and quiet home. Kitchen is well stocked. Property has nice gym, pool and spa. Jessey is great. She is very responsive and addresses any concerns quickly. The only improvement would be to add more lighting in family/kitchen area. Very happy we stayed here.

Truly a resort like experience
This condo was great, stayed with my wife and another couple and had plenty of space and privacy for us all. The pool area was superb, really couldn’t get enough of it. The home was well stocked and in a great location and Jessy was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family and would absolutely stay again next visit.

Enjoyable, convenient, clean, amazing amenities
I travel to San Diego regularly for business and usually stay in a hotel, but decided to try out this condo instead. Let me tell you I was not disappointed! The place smelled amazing the second I walked in and the location was awesome for getting where I needed to go quickly. I loved the amenities, I was able to get in an early workout and then relax in the pool and hot tub after I got back. I must say the garage was awesome too, I didn't have to carry any groceries up stairs or anything. I am booking all future business stays here from now on! Would recommend to all!

Resort quality living
I really loved this place! It was very clean and spacious, and the location was really accessible. The garage was really nice because we didn’t have to empty our car each night. The pool was amazing and very clean, plus the bbq area made it great for having dinner and relaxing by the pool. The beds were really comfy and there were plenty of blankets to keep us cozy. I will definitely be booking this place again!

Lovely stay in spacious condo
We have rented the condo three years in a row for the month of August. She is very responsive to any concerns. Being from Phoenix, we want to cool off, but be out of the fog at the beach. The location of this condo is perfect for us. It is convenient to local restaurants, stores, and movie theatre on Mira Mesa Blvd. During the day it is a 25 minute drive to S. D. major attractions and the beach. The condo is clean and well maintained. The amenities we appreciate the most are: updated, well-equipped kitchen; master bath has two sinks and stand-alone shower; king size beds in both bedrooms; TV in both bedrooms as well as living area.
Unloading and loading the car is so easy with the connected garage. The heated pool is just a short walk away and includes a hot tub in a resort like atmosphere. We would like to return to enjoy the comfortable stay.

Best of the best
I’ve stayed at many Airbnb and a couple VRBO and Marriott all across the country I travel literally 300 days a year. I have never EVER felt at home like I did with this place and more importantly the onwner and the office manager Jessy. They were awesome anything I needed they handled and questions I had they answered it felt like being at home with your own personal tour guide and home assistants. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place or any one of their others, the price is always right and the people are even better. Great news for me is next time I’m in San Diego I no longer need to look. I got Kessys number on speed dial thanks again for letting me stay and ensuring I had the ultimate experience. Ps the pool reminds me of Vegas totally awesome
