Lovely N/E facing top floor unit with fantastic 360 PANORAMA ocean and hinterland views located at Pippi Beach in Yamba. We have Wifi and provide with linen and towels and a starter pack of essensials for your stay. Private pool area for complex. Wraparound balcony on the top floor with Comfortable outside sofa setting and dining area with gas BBQ for you to enjoy. Both Oceanfront bedrooms have private balcony. The unit is fully self contained and furnished with comfortable furniture and beds, we supply bedlinen and towels. Perfect for a family holiday or a couples getaway great location at the beach with walking distance to Yamba village. The unit is Spacious over 2 levels with the main living area & master bedroom on the top floor and 2 bedrooms, bathroom and seperate toilet downstairs. The bedrooms: 1. Master bedroom is on the top floor with a bathroom ensuit. Comfortable king bed, celling fans, blinds and private balcony with beautiful ocean view. 2. Bedroom (downstairs) 2 comfortable queen bed, celing fan, blinds and private balcony with beautiful ocean view. 3. Bedroom (downstairs) 2 comfortable long single beds, fans, blinds. All the bedrooms have fans, side tables with lamps and cupboards with clothes hangers. We supply bedlinen and towels for your stay. The unit is situated in the Well looked after Bindaree complex with only 12 units. The complex has security gates. We have a nice and protetced pool area, outside showers and toilet facilities. You can see the swimming pool from our unit. We have one lock up garage in the complex. No lift in the complex. Solid staircase. Great location at the beach. Walking distance to Yamba village, 900 meters. Walking distance to the Pacific Hotel 900 meters Yamba Golf club is only 600 Meters away. You only need to bring your own beach towels, holiday spirit and a binocular for whale and dolphins watching. This property is not pet friendly. Strictly no smoking. No schoolies or parties are welcome in the complex.

The apartment itself was perfect! Extremely clean & comfortable. Views were incredible and price was very reasonable! Would love to stay again.
Both times we have stayed on this street and parked our cars out the front they have been damaged & broken into. Not apartment owners fault or problem but would recommend using the underground parking not the street at night.

This is a spacious and very comfortable unit with a spectacular view. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the whales go by enhanced by the supplied binoculars

The apartment was much bigger than we anticipated and it made for a relaxing stay. We loved this location in winter, with such great views of the beach. We saw whales and dolphins every day from the balcony.

Can’t fault this place. A true treasure. Spacious, so clean and the host was incredibly helpful. Dolphin watching, long-walks and big swims…a dream!

We were a group of 6 adults in Yamba for a party at the surf club . The apartment was a perfect location for walking to the club and into town . The view is wonderful . There are lots of different , sitting areas and both double bedrooms having a few of the ocean was a bonus . Would highly recommend

Excellent for the following reasons: Awesome ocean views, across the road from the beach, quiet area, pool in complex, family friendly, property was clean and tidy, host was very nice and accommodating, easy check in, comfortable beds, ceiling fans, wifi, Netflix etc. Only issue is there is no air conditioning.

Amazing apartment with incredible views and everything you need. Its straight across from the beach but easy access to all Yamba has to offer and a short stroll to town. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place to Be
Our first visit to Yamba & we picked the perfect place to stay. Nina was an excellent communicator & made us feel very welcome.The apartment is well set up & we appreciated all the extras supplied eg. coffee,condiments,dishwasher detergent,laundry powder etc. Loved the location & the views from the huge balconies were stunning.The living area perfect for a group as is so big.The stairs were a bit of a challenge but everything else made it all worthwhile.Look forward to returning.

Nice stopover between Brisbane and Sydney
Good views from the property and Nina was great with communication. The house was quite well equipped although the dryer wasn't working, which was a pity. We ate out for all our meals so can't comment on cooking facilities/equipment. As stated in the ad and noted when we opened the cupboards, you'd have to bring all your pantry items if you plan to cook. There are plenty of eateries within a few minutes drive away though.

My husband, myself and my parents recently spent a couple of wonderful days relaxing at Pippi Beach Penthouse. We chose to book here based on all the positive reviews we read beforehand and we were certainly glad we did so. The apartment is clean, very spacious and well-equipped. It had everything we needed as well as some welcome, homely touched like books, games and DVDS. The best thing though was the superb location! We spent a lot of time on the huge balcony gazing out at the uninterrupted ocean views - pure bliss. The owner was friendly and very good at communicating with us promptly. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and the book and DVD collection kept us entertained in the rainy weather. Highly recommend.

This penthouse apartment is an amazing experience. You wake up to, have coffee watching, enjoy drinks on the balcony, watch the sun set and eat dinner, all with spectacular views. Be aware that there are stairs to access the unit, as well as an internal circular staircase though this didn’t worry us at all.
Overall a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise, surfers and dolphins is only part of the charm.
The property and it’s position was amazing. We couldn’t get enough of the view. The sound of the ocean each day was very special. The walks along the beach and only having to cross the road to get there was something else.
The owner was extremely helpful at all times when I was dealing with her. A lovely lady.
An absolute pleasure to stay and we will be back many times I’m sure.

Comfort, attention to detail - Fabulous
Thank you Nina for offering this wonderful penthouse apartment to rent. My family of 2 adults and 3 teenage children thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is so spacious and comfortable (especially the beds!). During most of our stay, the weather was wet and windy but we were able to enjoy our time in comfort and witness the power of nature with the amazing views. The apartment is so well equipped from the kitchen to the library of books. We were especially grateful to Nina for her flexibility and understanding when our plans altered due to flooded roads. We look forward to coming back to Pippi Beach Penthouse again soon.

Great spot! We met the owners (really nice couple) when the TV decided to die on the first night we were there. Next day....brand new TV!
The unit is in a perfect position, but the decor on the lower floor is a little tired. However, owners are gradually updating and will be great when all finished.
There are a couple of flights of stairs to get to the unit and spiral staircase inside, so if you have a problem with stairs, you might want to think twice.
Overall, a great stay.

What a beautiful penthouse. So comfortable - everything was so clean, plenty of books to read, the beds were amazing but it was the views that kept us on the balconies. And the cool breeze kept us comfortable all day and night.

Amazing views
From the moment we first enquired we were made to feel welcome, then when we arrived we were greeted with a pod of dolphins surfing at the beach opposite the apartment. From the lounge room and two front bedrooms we enjoyed dolphin watching each morning as we woke up and ate breakfast it was very special. Even when it rained it didn't deminish the views. The apartment was clean ,comfortable, across the road from the beach and only a short walk to the shops. We would definitely go back.
