Yamba Twin Pines Motel

Location and size.

The room was so comfy and had everything in it you’d need. It was central to everything. Would recommend.

My shower was only lukewarm warm and I had no hot water in the bathroom sink and the tv only had 1 station. But it’s all minor.

Great location to access everything needed for our employees, Bowls club straight across the road for easy meals

We eventually got access to our rooms. Albeit not until about 10 pm :(

There was no one at the reception when we arrived at around 6 pm. The reception was effectively closed and it would appear that it is unattended by early afternoon. The issue with this was that we were not provided with access codes to the rooms we had booked and paid. Despite numerous attempts we could not make contact with the manager of the motel via the supplied contact numbers. By 9:30 pm we were on the brink of finding other accommodation but decided to seek assistance at the bowling club across the road. The staff at the bowling club were very helpful and had a mobile number for the manager of the Yamba Twin Pines Motel so got her to contact us. Eventually we were provided access to our rooms - at about 10 pm. No mention of a refund or any reduction in the tariff even though we couldn't access our rooms for the best part of the first night.
