The receptionist was super really lovely and welcoming. Location is excellent and lots of easy parking. If you can't get a park in the hotel car park there is heaps of free parking right out front. Across the road from the beach and the pub plus lots of nice restaurants in within minutes. I only stayed one night and the single room was perfect. Comfy bed and very clean room and bathroom.
It didn't bother me but if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs as you can hear noise through the walls, TV, talking etc.
