Bien situé mais pas propre et bruyant.

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement, l’hôte nous a donné de bons conseils sur la ville.

Le logement n’était pas très propre, ni les murs ni les fenêtres. Dès notre 2e journée à notre retour nous avons trouvé plusieurs bêtes dans tout l’appartement. Les draps n’étaient pas propres nous y avons trouvé des traces de moisissures et des cheveux. C’était très bruyant, autant les voisins que les transports. Nous avons voulu utiliser le sèche cheveux mais au bout de quelques minutes il n’a plus fonctionné. Nous avons contacté l’hôte pour l’avertir pour le sèche cheveux et les insectes mais nous n’avons pas eu de réponse.

Roaches and spiders.

The location was good

There were roaches and spiders in our room, both on and off the bed. When we spoke to the property manager, we were told that they can just “spray it” - which was unsafe to us. We requested refund but they refused, we had to book another place last minute with much better service and facilities, but still were not able to be refunded for this booking.

I was very disappointed this is not what I expected at all, the worse place to stay, I would never trust the information that is given.

the worse was the location, there was nothing near the location except a bad little corner store and there is no words, before posting location, I think someone should physically check these locations.

Wonderful short stay in Miami!!

Loved the location it was 9 minutes away from the airport and Miami subs. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all of the amenities. It was nice to take a hot shower after a long day of travel, and I liked that there was soap there for me. Staff was also wonderful as he returned my stuffed animal I left in the bed very promptly!

Unfortunately, we did awaken to 2 roaches in the morning and we could not get the TV to work properly. But other than that our stay was wonderful!

The stay was great .

Property was at a nice location in Wynwood not far from Midtown Shopping Center.

When you were outside you had to make sure no spider webs are coming down trying to land in your hair or you walked in the spider web .

Exceptional

Everything was perfect. Our first Airbnb stay but definitely not our last. We arrived the day before our cruise and prior to booking with Close to Everything, we read a lot of reviews that were not so good.

I can't think of a thing. Many thanks to Nelson for excellent communication and detailed tips.

Great property near Miami Beach Florida airport

100% privacy that is it, SANTA ANA MARKET is accros the road, so you get any essential stuff for your cooking in your apartment. As apartment kitchen is full of utensials for any type of cooking👨‍🍳🍲🍲🍲🍲 Metro rail is just walking distance so you can go anywhere, which will save money and can avoid with private taxi🚕🚕🚕 & uber📱🚖📱🚖📱🚖 Good luck🤞🤞🤞 Chand🌙🌙🌙

It was cold, and I did not have a way to warm up. There was no way to turn on the TV on entrance.

nice stay. not bad just not great either. very clean. bed was pretty comfy.

very clean and had nice details such as extra towels and blankets and lots of options for tv.

Noisy basic apartment

Adequate facilities in room and kitchen. Newly fitted bathroom. Had the basics you would need for a short stay.

Very noisy location which didn't feel safe. The place is located by the train line and in the flight path, resulting in a lot of noise. Added to that the room is adjacent to a family house with very thin walls. The apartment didn't feel secure with a digital lock on an old door and windows that couldn't lock. When we arrived there were cockroaches on the floor, most of them were dead.

Very convenient and CLEAN

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking and keeping food refrigerated. It was close to everything in Miami. Bed sheets and towels were very clean and it was overall a good place to stay during our visit. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

The place was amazing, nothing bad about it to be honest.

It was a quiet place, I was able to rest. No exceeding introductions, no knock on the door, comfortable bed, very easy to get there and get out.
