We stayed there with some friends around the New year eave, very nice and clean place, kids had so much fun, close to two snowtubing places, shopping mall " Pocono outlet mall" is about 30 min drive, the facility and the pool there are nice everyone was happy about it.

We had 9 in our group with three small kids. Plenty of room and entertainment in the basement to keep us busy when weather not permitting. The owner was generous with all our requests. Both caretaker and owner responsive to all our messages. Any issues we had were addressed quickly. Good value for the cost. We would definitely book again!

Great stay and location
The house was great and just like the photos. We also had a few toddlers with us and the house was easy to baby proof by just moving some things out of reach. It is a split foyer entry so we had a baby gate at the top of the stairs but there is a door at the bottom level at the stairs so that helped as well. Very quiet neighborhood and easy access to the pool as well as activities & hiking at Delaware Water Gap. Great options for our families to meet in the Poconos.

Great Place to Stay
The home is as pictured and we enjoyed our stay. The home and the community have lots of amenities. The property is well maintained and had everything we needed. The WIFI is terrible in the area but not for T-Mobile so if you have Verizon, internet may be slow. The property is close to attractions but we had tons to do just within the community. My kids enjoyed the spacious basement/entertainment center; my husband and I enjoyed the outdoor space. We had no issues with water pressure or lack of hot water at all. The host was super communicative and helpful. This will be our new go-to place when in the Poconos.

The game basement area is lots of fun. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. The owners are super nice and communicative. The back deck and fire pit are very pleasant and pretty. The community amenities are nothing especially impressive, but the house is fine even without them,

We were led to believe, this property had a entrance level bedroom and it did not, by the rental company. This house is not handicap accessible. The owners were wonderful in helping us get our comatose adult daughter in.

It was a lovely stay. We loved the rustic feel of the place. Very nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Really enjoyed the games in the basement area. The home was clean and cozy, the check in at the front gate had a slight inconvenience but it subtracted nothing from the weekend. Still had a fantastic weekend and would love to return.

Baecation
This place was a perfect fit for us! A group of us take a trip yearly for a little weekend getaway. Not only was there more than enough space to accommodate all sleeping needs, but there was a ton of options for recreation. The pool table, air hockey, foosball and board games provided a whole days worth of entertainment. We also spent another day at one of the community’s recreation centers, swimming and playing basketball. The property manager was extremely helpful and accessible for any questions. We are already considering coming back in the summer! Definitely would recommend.

Relaxing summer weekend
We all had a very nice relaxing time at this location. The property was exactly as advertised and exactly what we were looking for. We would stay here again. We esp loved the deck and backyard fire pit area.

Wonderful stay
It was a great stay for a group of friends. The basement’s “sports bar” set up was perfect for us. Beds were comfy. I loved that we were able to control each rooms temperature individually (because some prefer it warmer than others.) The owner also had the place stocked with everything we could have needed.

Perfect for Girls weekend
Our girls weekend is sacred to us and we always want a place to go to relax because we have no husbands or kids with us! This house was fantastic!!! The owners were very communicative with us and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was soooo clean, having sheets and towels included was a great advantage!! We will be using this for another girls weekend!!!

Good Value
Overall the home offered enough comfort and space for my group. The gated community is extremely strict and will not allow individuals through if they are not a designated driver on the information provided to the property owner. We had a last minute vehicle addition and although the driver was on the list, it did not signify that we was a driver so he had to wait 20 minutes at the gate until it was sorted out.
The kitchen was very well equipped and had majority of the items necessary to cook meals. The beds were also very comfortable. It was also clean and had an accessible location.
We were unable to use the TVs in the upstairs living room and downstairs game room. Initially, the TV stated that the satellite was out of range so we contacted the owner and they came over within 10 minutes. After he was able to get the cable going, we were not able to change the channels. Only the volume would work on the remotes. I texted the owner again but never received a response. We brought a PS2 and hooked it into the TV only to find that the HDMI cable provided did not work-- luckily, we brought our own. The game room television cable did not work either. The master bedroom TV remote was dead. We brought extra batteries and swopped them out.
Be aware that the home is extremely close in proximity to the other houses. The photos listed portray a more isolated atmosphere-- that was not the case.

Very clean, beautiful home.
I took my family up there for a long weekend. We had a great time playing pool and pingpong in the family room. We made use of the indoor pool near the lake. Was literally minutes from Bushkill Falls where we spent one of our days hiking around. This is a great place for family or friends trying to get away. Thank you very much
