We got everything we need in this calm stay. Our room was bigger than expected and even with an extra bed we didn’t needed.
There is no reception or person who you can contact when checking in or out, although we got instructions and our keys.

The owners were kind, helpful, and lovely. The room was huge and very comfortable for two people, and it also had a balcony. The bed was comfortable too. Although the bathroom was shared, it was very clean, spacious, and had hot water. There was also a well-equipped kitchen where you could make tea, coffee, and breakfast for yourself. I honestly didn’t expect to love this place so much. It was actually better than many hotel rooms I’ve stayed in!

This was an amazing property to stay at. Despite being called a hostel, it felt like staying in a hotel. There are only three private rooms on each level, with a shared kitchen and bathroom. The room was spacious and had comfortable furniture. Having a balcony to eat breakfast on was lovely. We were only staying for one night, having come from Lucerne. The staff here were so nice, allowing us to check in early and store our bags after checking out. It was in a great location, close to the bus stops but also a short walk to Interlaken Ost station. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back. Thank you Walters Hostel!

Room is bigger. Kitchen is equipped. Beds are comfortable.
There is shared bathroom and it is not clean properly. Although we complaint about it. but no action taken.
