The accommodation worked well for our limited budget. Fantastic breakfast!
A bit far from everything with no public transport, so an uphill walk up and down to town.

It was very clean. I was hesitant about shared bathrooms but that worked ok. Beds and bedding were comfortable and clean. Towels were surprisingly soft. I would call this a luxury hostel rather than a budget hotel.
Given the type of accommodation I don’t think there was much to be improved. They could just have a few hooks on the walls or back of doors to facilitate hanging up of towels to dry.

The old style but in good shape was charming. Facilities were maintained and clean. The view was nice and the more isolated location. Restaurant and bar on site was convenient. The brewery next door was a plus.
The proximity to the highway was a drawback. Obviously that came later. It quieted down in the evening to sleep, so it wasn’t terrible. Shared bathrooms and showers worked out ok, but the ratio could be better, although there’s only so much space in the building, so it is what it is

We like the view from the room, breakfast and shared kitchen.
We wanted staff to change the towels per day.
The shared shower room was not clean.
