The staff were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful! The lady that checked us in was very sweet! Location was great, easy to get downtown and close to train station and buses. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great.
Didn’t impact the stay, but a note that booking.com says there’s laundry on site but there isn’t - you can take it to the wash and go a few minutes away and do your laundry there but it is quite pricey!

The staff were always very friendly and helpful.
It was the perfect location for our trips to Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen and Oeschinensee.
The Interlaken West train and bus station is just a few minutes away.
The furniture and Rooms might be a little older but everything was very clean and well maintained.

The hotel is about 10-minute walk away from the train station. Very friendly staff, good breakfast.
The hotel room has only ONE power outlet and it is at the entrance, and is 4 feet above the floor. Can’t charge anything without an extension cord. I ended up with putting the chair next to the door, and put the phone on the chair so it could be charged.
