LeAnne was phenomenal! She was good with my kiddos. I appreciated her extra hospitality. We did have one issue with the AC and it was fixed right away. Will stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay and will book property for our visit next year. This cottage reminded me of a little cottage from a novel. Very inviting and truly spacious.

It is a nice cottage, can sleep 5 easily. We slept in the bedroom in the back, there is music across the street but it didn't bother us. Beds were very comfortable
The deck is nice to sit out and it is quiet there. Short walk to beach and beautiful sunsets.
It was nice to be located near restaurants and Johns Pass
*There was no dish soap so make sure to buy also extra TP. Paper plates if you don't want to wash, and foil or zip locs for storage.
Also there is a beach umbrella and one small chair for the beach.
I have never used Instacart but I tried it and it was great! We ordered all our groceries from Publix and they delivered right to the door, it was nice because i was adding items an hour before delivery.
Restaurant suggestions:
Sea Hags St Pete Beach- big peel & eat shrimp and fish spread
Salt Rock Grill- make reservation
E & E Stakeout Grill- everything was excellent

We spent week one watching our son’s college spring training. Week two was vacation for myself and my husband. The cottage reminded me of a Grandmothers beach cottage, a positive thing. It was absolutely charming, comfortable and well appointed. We loved it, the location was perfect, gulf front with a board walk through pines. John’s Pass is right across the street. Several delicious restaurants nearby. We loved the back deck. The management company was quick to respond with good customer service.

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean. It is a beach cottage, so there were some quirks, but we thought it added to the charm. The beds were super comfortable. Check in was super quick and easy and the staff were very responsive. The location was amazing. Private walkway through some greenery to the beach, so there wasn’t really a water view, but it was private. Directly across from Johns Pass with many restaurants and shops. We were able to sit on the deck and listen to the band at the restaurant across the street. Will definitely book again!

Set between the beach and the main road this cottage with a jack and jill bathroom is within walking distance to nearby John's Pass. The unit is managed by a property management company and therefore lacks a VRBO's attention to detail and personal care. It was clean and the location is great!

A porch light , even a dim motion light , very dark in the evening trying to find key hole to open door.
And the view of the ocean was completely obstructed by all the trees, it would have been perfect sitting on deck watching the sunset otherwise.
The only thing I was looking for was some paper and pen for my grocery list. Other than that there were plenty of towels and everything we needed in the kitchen.
We loved walking across the street for shopping and drinks and ice cream, would definitely rent again, hopefully next time with an ocean view.

The property was a perfect fit for my family of four. It was very clean, neat, and tidy. The check in process was a breeze. The natural vegetation between the house and beach afforded extra privacy. We loved the cute, boarded walkway that led straight to the beach. We will definitely come here again1

We had the opportunity to stay at this property in June and it was awesome! The house is situated right on the beach but nestled back some in trees so you have some privacy. Perfectly fit my family of four and our dog. For the price, it is a steal.

It’s right at the beach no need to drive any where. Beach is just a short walk, it’s a nice quiet location with a shared beach path. Then Johns pass is close by there is no need to drive anywhere once you get here. Shopping, restaurants, entertainment everything is a 5 minute walk! Absolutely loved this location. The house is also just exactly what we needed two bedrooms, one bathroom and kitchen was perfect for the 5 of us. Had no issues at all with anything, the neighbours were kind and friendly.

Great location. Old Florida charm. Beds were amazingly comfortable and linens clean. Spacious shower which is a rare find in these little beach cottages. We loved the location and felt at home here and could easily be comfortable for a much longer stay.
Downside, high dusting was missed, older decor (which for us added to the charm), storm door to the deck did not close fully without lifting it a little. The deck itself has a board that is soft and railings not quite tight, but was functional and we spent a lot of time out there.
Would book here again!

Failed water heater.
We checked in on Sunday, Oct.3rd and did not utilize the hot water as check in was after 3 PM.
On Monday the 4th of Oct we noticed that the hot water was at most lukewarm.
We were able to shower and utilize what our hot water needs were until Tuesday evening on Oct.5th., when were were again only able to get only lukewarm water. Because we had run a load of laundry , we assume that we had lowered the hot water supple and awaited for the water heater to resupply itself. We also thought that we possible had another rental unit on the same water heater system.
On Oct. 6th, I called the office for maintenance to give notification of the hot water system problem. Within the hour, the maintenance workers were on sight and informed me that the water heated was leaking and had to be replaced. We were informed that the job would take 2 to 3 hours. Upon completion of the job, the maintenance man advised the problem was corrected.
On Oct 7th, later in the evening after hours, as we utilized hot water for showers and laundry, we again discovered a loss of hot water. I opened the main electrical panel on the exterior of the unit and discovered that the circuit breaker was tripped, shutting down the electrical current to the water heater. I reset it and within the hour, I discovered the circuit breaker had once again tripped. I noted that the circuit breaker was hot to the touch so did not reset it for fear of fire.
On Friday morning, Oct.8th , I again called the office to report the problem and within the hour the maintenance men were again back, replacing the circuit breaker. The job took them approximately one hour.
My wife and I asked for a discounted on our rental agreement price due to the inconvenience this water heater failure has created to our time and vacations plans. The management granted a one night discount even though we had to endure the failed water heater problem for 4 of the 7 night stay. Reason quoted was I did not notify of the failed water heater sooner. I explained above why the report was made on the 3rd day of our stay.
We also feel that we were endangered with the faulty circuit breaker not being check/replaced during the original maintenance work and it heating up when electrical power was supplied..
Gas Grill
During our stay, we had planned to grill steaks on the furnished gas grill. When I open the grill, we found it so discustingly filthy with grease from what ever the previous user had cooked . I lite the gr

Beautiful little bungalow with every thing we needed. The beach is gorgeous and so private, yet so close to the beach itself. Good AC and plenty of fans ! Couldn't have been happier. Actually, I think it is better than it looks on VRBO...though it looks great there too ! One suggestion....Invest in better beach chairs and maybe an umbrella for the beach
