About this house rental
Nestled in South Haven, this attractive house for $763 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Living Spaces You'll feel very much at home when you walk in the front door at 111 South Haven. The spacious, yet cozy living room features plump and buttery-soft leather sofas arranged in a perfect conversation grouping around the gas fireplace and wall-mounted HDTV with WiFi. After a long day out at the beach or exploring all that South Haven has to offer, you'll love curling up here with a drink and a snack talking about the day's adventures while enjoying the neighborhood view and abundant sunshine. Down in the basement, a second full living room can serve as the kid's space, additional TV room, or a spot to cozy up on the huge wrap-around sofa with chaise for a nap. This daylight space also offers a table for four. Game of cards, anyone? Peak & Non-Peak Season During the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Saturday - Saturday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip. Cooking & Dining Family chefs rejoice! You'll love this fully stocked kitchen, featuring crisp white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, farmhouse sink, quartz countertops, and a lovely tiled backsplash. The extra-long center island provides tons of food prep space, plus seating for 3. The adjacent formal dining table for 8 will have you bringing back the tradition of family dinner, just so you can all savor the delicious cooking together! For those on a working vacation, there's a dedicated desk and chair tucked into the corner. Bed & Bath With bedrooms and baths on three floors, you'll easily find your favorite spot! The basement level features a bedroom with two twin beds, and an adjacent bath with a tub/shower. The main level has a half-bath conveniently located behind the kitchen. The second level offers 3 bedrooms. A primary suite with a queen bed, dresser, and nightstand and lamp. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail on the private balcony. The ensuite bath has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has a daybed with a trundle. These two rooms share a hall bath with a tub/shower. On the third floor, two lucky guests will have an entire floor to themselves. This primary suite has dormer walls with skylights, a queen bed, and a large seating area with both futon and armchair. With large windows and plenty of sunshine, it's a lovely spot to “get away from it all” and enjoy a few minutes of solitude. The ensuite bath features a walk-in shower, also with skylights. Outdoor Spaces In the evenings, you'll be tempted outside by the propane fire pit table to sit and trade tales of your South Haven adventures, upcoming plans, and maybe a ghost story or two! Additional Information ~ If a pet will be vacationing with you, a non-refundable pet fee will be added upon approval of your booking request.

Such a beautiful home! The energy is extremely welcoming. There were 11 of us in total. 7 adults, 2 children under 4yrs. and 2 dogs. Walking distance to a wonderful park and to Lake Michigan. Cannot say enough complimentary words. Highly recommend and would stay there again!

The location of the house was perfect! The home was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. There was so much room in the house! We have only good things to say about the property and owner. Loved our stay and would for sure stay again! It was perfect!

Great property for family vacation. Location was perfect since it was near the Kids Corner Playground, Blue Stair beach access, and not to far to walk to South Beach or into town. The house had enough room for all to relax. The young adults and teens enjoyed the lower level to hang out and the ping pong table. We appreciated the larger driveway which easily fit our three vehicles. If you are sensitive to early morning sunlight then bring eye shades especially if on the top floor bedroom with the skylights.

What an amazing house. The open concept was great for our extended family. Plenty of room to enjoy entertainment and for family meals. The close location to the Kids' Corner and Lake Michigan beaches was fabulous. Can't wait to plan another trip in the future.

Outstanding Property!!
We've stayed at many rentals on the SH area, and this one, by far, is the best! Tastefully decorated; lots of bedroom storage; a fully-equipped kitchen; and abundant space. Close to the Blue Stairs and Kids Corner. We had multiple generations with us, and we never felt crowded. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and relaxing on the back patio (the picnic table is a plus!). I was booking next year's stay on our drive home!

Perfect property!
This is our second stay here and this time was as perfect as the first. The house is immaculate and set up perfectly for a group. The town of South Haven is close and fun to visit. The beach is just a block away and is beautiful. We love it here, Highly recommend!

Bridal paradise
We rented this home for a bride and her party to stay at. They absolutely loved it. There were enough rooms for everyone to have their space and when the hair and make up crew came, it was perfect for them to set up in the spacious kitchen area to work. Not to mention we our families rented 4 houses and they were all within walking distance from each other. It could not have been more perfect. Thank you.

Needed some cleaning
We’ve stayed here before but things have seemed to slip a bit. There was dog hair all over the filthy floor and on the beds… mold in the downstairs bathroom. But the house is beautiful and so close to the beach!

This property is exactly what you want. There was plenty of room for three family with kids ages 1-12. The walk to the beach was easy for the 4 year old and the 72 year old. I highly recommend staying here!!

The beach was also great and not crowded. There are many steps to the beach though so we would leave our beach wagon at the top of the steps and carry everything down. However, the house is within walking distance to South Beach, which also has a playground and you can take your wagon directly to the beach area. Just a lot less crowded at the Kids Corner beach... The neighborhood is lovely and perfect for walks. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfection!
We absolutely loved this house. There is plenty of room to spread out with bedrooms on 3 different floors. The finishes in the house were gorgeous. The location was perfect. I was considering staying closer to the beach, but in the end, I was glad we didn't. This house is in a quiet neighborhood yet literally minutes to everything. My kids went to the playground multiple times a day...it was a 2 minute walk. My only note to future guests is that there is a beach at the end of the road past the playground BUT you have to go down several flights of steps to get to it. If anyone in your party has trouble with steps, pick another beach. Otherwise, we will be back for sure. It was wonderful!!

Great Lake Week vacation
Enjoyed everything about the week and this property. Great location and really nice house and decorated really nice. They’ve thought of everything. Our only disappointment was the bed sheets had long black dog hairs. We had to rewash the bed sheets before we slept in the bed. The carpet on the stairs also had the long black dog hairs. Otherwise we loved the house.

We rented this home with friends for a week in South Haven. The property and home are beautiful. Accommodations were immaculate and incredibly comfortable. Easy walk to the children’s park and beach, as well as to town. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully stay again in the future.

Enjoyed every moment.
It was difficult deciding if we wanted to stay in and enjoy the house or go out and enjoy the beach. The neighborhood was awesome! If you're a cook, bring your own knives. There aren't any that are good for chopping veggies or cutting meats. If that's the only bad thing I can say about the entire place, then you're batting a thousand!

Great family getaway
We had the perfect family getaway and this rental was all we imagined! The home was just as described in the listing. Being a block from the beach and park was key for our families with little kids. The home was well equipped with all we needed for our stay. The home was very clean and well maintained. Check in/out process was incredibly easy. We would definitely stay here again if we return to South Haven in the future!
