Nestled in South Haven, this charming house for $395 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. A rocking chair front porch sets the stage for the comfort and relaxation you'll find at Erie Street Retreat Living Spaces You'll enter an enormous and uniquely-shaped great room, complete with gleaming hardwood floors, and a stone hearth fireplace. This welcoming space features furnishings and decor straight out of a coastal-themed magazine. The tranquil shades of the sand and sea invite you to relax on one of the plush sofas or armchairs, maybe with a glass of your favorite beverage and tray of hors d'oeuvres in front of you. Cozy nights in are made even more enjoyable with the 55” HDTV on which to stream your favorite bingeable show or a long-anticipated movie. The basement level offers a second spacious living area, complete with sectional sofa and HDTV. The table for four is perfect for board games or a puzzle. The kitchenette is particularly convenient, with a wine fridge and sink. Peak & Non-Peak Season During the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Saturday - Saturday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip. Cooking & Dining The fully equipped and stocked kitchen will be the family chef's joy! Nearly endless cabinets mean there's plenty of room for all the groceries, while more than generous counter space offers plenty of room for food prep. An oversized center island provides seating for 5, whether enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon, while keeping the chef company. The adjacent dining table for 8 sits in its own regal octagonal space. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer abundant natural light and beautiful neighborhood views. Bed & Bath The second level of the home houses the grand primary suite. A true oasis, this spacious suite is the only room on the floor. Features include vaulted ceilings, a king size bed, plenty of storage, dual nightstands and lamps. The ensuite bath offers double sinks and a tub/shower. The third level of 301 Erie has four bedrooms, three with queen beds and the last with two twins. Two full baths are shared, one with a double sink and tub/shower, and the other with a single sink and walk-in shower. The basement level has another cozy bedroom with two twin over full bunk beds, and a bathroom with a tub/shower. Outdoor Spaces Enjoy the fresh air on the large patio, complete with gas grill and alfresco dining table for 6. Spend your evenings around the fire pit, trading stories and making wonderful new memories!

Beautiful home close to beach this home is beautifully decorated and in an excellent location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We spent the weekend with several friends and had a wonderful time. We particularly enjoyed the walk ability of the location and the outdoor gas fire pit. I would highly recommend this property! We absolutely loved everything about it!

Beautiful property. Note: Parking for 2 vehicles only, not 4 as stated in the property info. Unless you block portion of sidewalk, which got us tickets overnight.

This property was great for a large group. We had plenty of space. The location was perfect 3 blocks to beach and 3 blocks to town. Need to bring your own beach chairs as the house does not have any.

Our stay was September 16 - 19, 2021. The house was clean, spacious, welcoming and comfortable. The front porch with the rocking chairs was a big bonus. The outside grounds were well kept and lovely. We spent a lot of our time outside on the front porch. The back albeit was pretty and inviting, it was a bit close to the neighbors around and there was no privacy. Not a big issue. We did have trouble with the air conditioning but it was quickly remedied. The gorgeous beach was a short 3 block walk and downtown was a quick 2 block walk. The location was great. It was a great long weekend!

This is a roomy home with 6 bedrooms and 5 baths so everyone had their space, and the common area is open and spacious. The location is perfect - 3 blocks to the beach, 3 blocks to the channel, 3 blocks to downtown, 6 min to the grocery stores. We loved the firepit in the evenings, and the corner lot meant we had plenty of parking. The property management was stellar - We had a couple of VERY small problems, and they responded immediately. The only surprising thing was that, with such a big house, the pans are small. We are a bunch of foodies who love to cook for each other, and we had to bring our own pans. (We accidentally left our big pot behind, so you'll be able to make adequate pasta.) Thank you to the owner and to the management company for an outstanding week!!!

We really under-appreciated how great the location would be for this home in Southhaven-it is literally three blocks from the beach and three blocks from town. We walked everywhere and were so happy to do so. Our family of 11 (ages 70-7) had a wonderful 4th of july. The home is spacious, well equipped and clean. We really had no complaints.

I rented this house for a girls weekend to celebrate a friends 40th birthday. The house was absolutely perfect. Honestly the house is even better in person than in the pictures. Bedrooms are very spacious and spread out. The 5 bathrooms were very clean and allowed space for everyone to get ready. The front porch was perfect for morning coffee or happy hour cocktails. The house is about 3-5 minute walk to beach with easy access and about 5-7 minute walk to restaurants. Honestly don't have a single complaint!

We had a group of couples stay here for my Brother's wedding last weekend and the house was great. Plenty of space, plenty of rooms. I particular liked that every bathroom had a shower. We walked to the beach, we walked to downtown! Communication with management was easy and their instructions were detailed.
