Ideally suited for 8 adults and 8 children, 603 North Shore on South Haven's “Golden Mile” offers a welcoming respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Retreat to where time is measured by the tides and the sun. Living Spaces The gracious front entry leads you to a hallway with warm hardwood floors, and a chic weathered table, convenient for keys and small packages. Elegant columns frame the great room, complete with ceiling beams and a gas fireplace. The complementary accent rug forms a conversation area featuring butter-soft leather furnishings, the perfect gathering space after a day at the beach or out exploring. Evenings in can be spent in front of the wall-mounted TV with WiFi, enjoying your favorite streaming show or movie. Three sets of French doors bring in bountiful sunshine and provide access to a cozy sunroom, furnished in comfortable rattan. The second level features a second full living room, complete with a plush sectional sofa, armchair, and wall-mounted TV. The kids will love having their own space up here! A covered porch with plenty of seating and a ceiling fan complete this lovely living area. Peak & Non-Peak Season During the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Friday - Friday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip. Cooking & Dining Who likes to cook? You'll love doing it here! Our fully equipped and outfitted kitchen offers stainless steel appliances including two dishwashers, solid-surface counters, and a subway tile backsplash. There's plenty of storage for all your groceries and a huge center island with seating for 5 and trendy pendant lighting. The gorgeous dining table is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably accommodates 8. Take your time here to savor those delicious meals underneath a stunning, unique chandelier! Bed & Bath The first floor offers one king bedroom with a private seating area, neatly tucked behind the kitchen. The adjacent bath offers a tub/shower. On the second level are four additional bedrooms. A bedroom with two twin beds and a bedroom with a king bed and seating area share a Jack-n-Jill bath with separate sinks and toilets, but a shared walk-in shower. On the other side of the space is a king bedroom with a private seating area, and a bunk room with four sets of twin bunks, also with a private seating area. These two bedrooms share a bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Outdoor Spaces Just 30' outside the door is your semi-private walkway and beach. You'll enjoy the outdoor shower when you return. The adirondack chairs on the patio provide a great spot to enjoy an afternoon beer or cocktail, maybe as you're waiting for dinner on the grill. Please be courteous of your walkway and beach neighbors and don't use their patios.

The home is beautiful. The only thing that would make us consider coming again is if they adjust their check-in and check-out times. Checking in at 4 PM is too late, and an earlier check-out at 10 AM would be preferable. If they make this change, we will definitely consider coming back next year.

A beautiful restored home, walking distance from the beach. The setting is beautiful, clean and wonderfully maintained. Other than a squeaky floor and squeaky beds, this home was wonderfully relaxing and provided a great getaway.

Our third VRBO rental and it was the best ever. Imagine everything you would want a rental to be and it was all here. Location was perfect. House was pristine. Owner thought of everything. If you needed something (cookware, dishes, linens, internet, etc.) all here and all first quality. We had a great stay with our kids and grandkids.

This was a nice home that was very clean and modern. It is in a great neighborhood and close to downtown. Good layout for families and a nice back patio and side yard. Screened in porch is also nice. Our kids enjoyed walking down to the beach and swimming. Suggestions would be to consider more kitchen and grilling tools and more variety of pillows. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was perfect! Very clean and charming. The private beach was right there with easy access. I even got engaged right on the beach! The town was less than a mile away which was very convenient. Would definitely return :)

The house was AMAZING. The private beach was awesome. Close to north beach (about a 20 minute walk, or a couple minute drive). The kitchen was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Definitely worth staying here!

We traveled here for our wedding and this house was absolutely incredible! The bedrooms were huge, the bathrooms were super up to date and the large, open kitchen, dining and living room made gathering so cozy and intimate at the same time. The access to the beach was soooo convenient and it was amazing! 100% would recommend this location to anyone looking!!

Breathtaking both inside and out!

This house was absolutely beautiful in every way! It came fully stocked with every appliance, gadget and cookware you would ever need. Having 2 dishwashers for a large group was brilliant too! The decor and layout of the house was well thought out making everyone feel like they were always together but yet had their own space to relax or read a book. It was a short walk across the driveway to the beach access which look exactly like the pictures shown. It was a perfect view out to the lake where we saw the most wonderful sunsets! Our family has definitely found our new vacation home for many years to come!
