The place has a feel of an old, historical place. The view is superb. Our room was cosy and rather small, but we could stay in the main living room and access the fridge and electric kettle at all times. We enjoyed our breakfast and chatting with the landlady.

Staff & location
Shared bathroom, but price is reasonable for this inconvenience and the staff and home made breakfast with games at the tables makes up for it.

The location is excellent as it is right at the cape breton park entrance. It also overlooks the Ingonish beach from the lake side.
An air conditioner might have been nice but we did have a ceiling fan so that was good.

Location, breakfast, suggestions for sightseeing. Nice deck and space to chill out.
Room was smelly, needed to be more ventilated. Bed cover on bed looked dirty and needed updating. Bathroom was very clean but bedroom was not as clean. Would be nice to have coffee/tea making facilities.
