This condo complex includes a large beachfront patio area, with plenty of room for all residents to spread out and enjoy some personal and quiet time away from the crowds. The heated pool is clean and private, and gives direct access to both the patio areas and the beaches.
This Northwest facing corner condo is spectacularly furnished with wood grain tile throughout, granite counters and tiled showers, a modern kitchen, a large dining area for six, plenty of seating in the living room, and a huge 42-foot wrap around balcony giving unprecedented views of the beach, sand, and Gulf.

This was our 5th year coming to Kima. Our girls now call it our ‘beach tradition’. The condo is always clean and any issues that pop up (rarely) are handled quickly and professionally. The beach is never crowded and the sunsets are perfect. We will keep coming back year after year!

The location was perfect. The condo was great with unobstructed views, clean and easy access to the beach. The sunsets were beautiful right from the balcony. Checking in was easy. We really enjoyed our stay.

The condo was located in the perfect location. Easy access to the beach! There were beach chairs available for us to use. When arriving to the condo, we found dirty bedding, the second shower was not clean appearing, the floors made your feet black when walking barefoot, one of the patio chairs was broken, there was 4 pieces of actual chewed gum stuck to the front door of the condo on the inside, and there was mouse droppings in the majority of the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen. When I reached out to the owners about the cleanliness, they only cared about the mouse droppings and argued that it was in fact lizard droppings instead. I guess that is better than mouse droppings? They didn’t even acknowledge anything about the bedding or floors. I would not book this particular condo again.
