About this house rental
My place is in a good location that is 3 mins away from the Joliette Metro Station, then you are just a few stations to downtown, Old Montreal and the Festival Place. It is close to the Olympic Stadium and the Botanical Garden. You will love my place because it is very bright, clean and airy, it is quiet, it has private parking on the property if needed. We have a beautiful back garden that you can use to relax and were you can take tea or a glass of wine. Looking forward to be your host !

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay in Montreal at this pristine, sunny, spacious duplex! The bedrooms with comfortable beds/plenty of room and the cozy living room were lovely. Walking to the metro and the supermarket was a breeze and we felt safe during our whole visit. There is a great sports field across the street where you can see locals playing flag football or soccer and a park around the corner with a playground and lots of greenspace. The quiet cul-de-sac was perfect and there was plenty of parking with Ping offering parking around the back if needed. Ping was there to greet us on arrival and also when we departed which was such a nice touch! We would absolutely stay here again when in Montreal!

Ping's place is just as advertised. Ping always responded quickly to any questions and helped us sort out the parking for our stay. The apartment was very clean and perfect for 2-4 people. The location was ideal for us because it was very quiet, yet the Metro station was still easily accessible (1.5 blocks away). The air conditioner was nice to have on a hot day, and the windows provided a good cross-breeze. We would absolutely stay here again.

So much easier than staying in a hotel. Fabulous host, impeccable place, great location. We walked to the Botanical Gardens.
