Nestled in East Nashville, this lovely house for $298 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Entire Home Private Stay! Located in East Nashville and some of the best restaurants in the South, this 2017 build home offers 1,973 square feet and 2 decks with views. The property backs up to the park with a fenced in yard and features a pool table downstairs! 4k TV, stocked kitchen and sleeps 10. This House Rules Agreement is made and entered into the day the reservation is accepted, by and among Guest/s (person, group, or party making reservation and anyone Guest allows at property) and Southern Sky Realty, LLC (Management/Owner) - Parking: Please only park on the right half of the long driveway (do not block House A spots). There is plenty of room for 2 cars or more on the right side of the driveway only. - Noise Curfew: 10:00pm-9:00am (strictly enforced at risk of deposit ) Respect the neighbors and the neighborhood (failing to do so will result in loss of deposit)Do not disturb neighbors, do not disturb people in Unit A house EVER, for any reason. - Cancelations: No refunds will be issued for any Holidays or Major events (CMA fest, NFL, NHL playoffs or home openers) Once booked we will not refund these dates for any reason. By booking you agree to this rule regardless of airbnb's/VRBO policy or terms. - Pets: Only small dogs allowed (20lbs or under) No Cats. There is a $35 charge per dog, per night. This will be collected separately with taxes. - Additional Guests: Each guest over 4 guests will be an extra $56 per guest per night - Cleaning: The cleaning base price is $160 - Check-in at 4pm - Check-out at 11am - Maximum Occupancy: No more than 10 people can sleep at the property, no more than 10 people can be at the property at any time without notice to management. No unregistered/unannounced guests allowed on the property at any time. - Upstairs Porch/Pool Table: All guests who choose to use the 2nd level deck do so at their own risk. The Owners/Management are not responsible for any harm that comes to a guest by using the deck or pool table. - Trash: If you take trash out please make sure it is Unit B’s trash cans and not A. Unit B trash cans are located directly out front of house B near the parking area, not in front of house A. - Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and towels are included at the start of your visit, daily maid service is not included in your rental rate. Towels and linens or any other items are not permitted to be removed from the home. - Weather: No refunds will be given for weather conditions. - Children: Although children under the age of 12 are allowed to stay at the house the home is not "baby proof". Parents must be responsible for their children while at the home. - Drugs/Party: No drugs, glitter, or confetti, events or parties at the property at any time. - Normal Wear & Tear: Please respect the house and leave it in the same condition upon arrival, minus normal wear and tear. - Damage: Guests are liable for ANY damages to the property or properties belongings caused during their stay and for any excessive cleaning that may occur, deemed by Management only. - Lost & Found: Left items that a guest wants shipped will result in a $75 minimum charge plus shipping costs. - Disclaimer: The home is privately owned, the Owners/Management are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. By booking you acknowledge that as a traveler you or your group may come in contact with many different people, surfaces and situations during traveling to and from our home. By booking you agree to release, hold-harmless, indemnify, and defend the Owners, Southern Sky Realty, LLC and any of its licensees, employees, officers, agents, contractors and vendors from and against all claims and liability resulting from exposure to any illness, disease, virus, an physical/mental/emotional injury associated with either viewing or occupying the property, or allowing others to enter the property. Guests assume full liability and responsibility for all of their guests either announced or unannounced at the property. Management reserves the right to immediately remove guests from property without refund, if in Management’s sole discretion believes guests have violated any of the aforementioned rules. Guests acknowledge and agree that these rules were presented to them on Airbnb’s website and then again prior to check-in. Failure to read or receive in no way waives or negates the contents of this agreement.

Inside was very nice, however, the outside yard was neglected. Tall weeds growing in backyard, outdoor furniture and outside of house not cleaned. Bad neighborhood. But, we did have a good time.

We stayed at the property for our annual girls trip! The location was great, as east Nashville has a lot to offer. The check in and out process was easy. The house was great as it offered coffee for our morning before we explored the city. The only thing to note: I received one email from Jeff at 1:41P requesting to sign a rental contract, no problem! Then I received another email at 2:02P threatening to cancel the reservation if I did not sign the rental contract ASAP. One email is enough to sign review and sign the contract. There was no need to threaten or pressure me to sign anything as it was unprofessional.

Property was clean, parking was a little difficult as we had 2 large SUVs, but manageable! Not much around the house walking distance wise. But overall it was a very nice place! Owners were super quick to respond with any questions we had!

This property was the perfect, fun and clean place for a group of girls to stay at for their first trip to Nashville. It was easy to get Ubers and Lyfts to and from the house, with everything being about 15-20min away. Would highly recommend!

Perfect size, location, quiet. Loved having back deck to sit on. Only suggestion, is parking, as it is on narrow side of another home, so it is tight if you have a large SUV. Overall, would definitely stay at again!

I wanted to give this place more stars because it truly met much of our criteria for a place to stay during our trip to Nashville. However there are several more reasons I couldn't give it a better rating. First of all, the location is great for a quick trip downtown but it is in a diverse area on the outskirts of Nashville that is going through a lot of renovations to improve the neighborhood. It's definitley not a location where you feel safe to take a walk in the evening or an early morning jog. The house itself sits behind another house on the lot which if you open the blinds in the living room or master bedroom you stare directly into the neighbors private space and vice versa. The house on the surface looked clean but upon moving the couch to set up the hideabed it exposed so much filth under the cushions and on the floor and the window sills were caked with dust and dead bugs. Every high surface, including the top of the TV had a layer of dirt and dust.There was no bathsoap, no kitchen trashbags, no extra pillow cases and no sheets for the blow up mattress. My husband called the property manager and he was somewhat rude during the call when asked about a few of the amenities that were missing. We did add additional guests from the original 6 we had planned but the house said it slept 10 people so we didn't think it would be an issue. However when my husband called about extra sheets for the blow up bed Jeff immediately told him we had to pay $50 more for each additional guest. It wasn't an issue of us paying for the number of people we had staying, it was the tone and the attitude that he gave about it. He did have the maid stop in with the necessary sheets, body wash and pillow cases we requested and we did end up paying for the additional guests - even though we were paid through Sunday but checked out on Saturday.Also - the TV wouldn't work - the remote batteries were dead and when we did buy new ones the apps on the TV weren't set up as stated. There was no YouTube TV app as they say is available for viewing local channels. You can watch Netflix or Prime using your own passwords which we did one night but it never worked for us to watch any local programming.All in all it was a fun house to stay in when we overlooked all the other issues. The layout of the house is great for larger groups and the pool table was a hit - but certainly not a great area of town and definitely not the cleanest we've ever rented.

I so loved this house everything that you need was there Jeff was super nice i had a relly great time just to relax the beds are so comfortable the bathroom is amazing but the main attraction was the main level to this house i loved how they had the pool table where the kitchen dinning and living room i only came upstairs 3 times in 3days to only go to sleep that's how much we loved the area on the main floor i would most definitely be back!

Nash Bash Get Together
The house is very nice on the inside and out. The space downstairs, the pool table, and the master bedroom and bath made this stay very enjoyable. 6 people slept comfortably for the weekend and we were all impressed with the modern touch. I love that this house is in East Nashville and 10 to 15 minutes away from downtown Nashville. I did not feel as though our safety was compromised on this trip. I will recommend this VRBO to others in the future and hope to be back sometime! The only thing I would say is to bring your own coffee and creamer if you rely on caffeine to make it through your day!

Fantastic experience!
The house was perfect. Everything was VERY clean which is very important to someone like me who is grossed out easily by hotels or houses I am not familiar with!!! It had everything we needed and more. The downstairs, open area was perfect for the 6 of us to hang out all together before heading out to Nashville or just chilling in the morning. When the cable was out in the entire area, Jeff continued to maintain contact with us to make sure it was back on. Jeff was very helpful and responded immediately with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this property!!!

This unit is comfortable, new, and lives up to all expectations.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Nashvilla. The three-bedroom house easily accommodated our party of six with each couple having their own room. There was more space available if there was a larger group. The modern technology, furniture, and construction made us feel very comfortable . The property is about a 15 minute ride from downtown. The owner was extremely responsive to emails and requests before during and after our stay.

Great place to stay in Music City!
Had an amazing experience, House is basically brand new and has plenty of room for a larger groups. House was clean and contained plenty of linens and blankets for our group. Property owner Jeff is great to work with, he responds quickly if you have any questions and he went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend this property, it is less than a 10min Uber or Lyft ride to broadway and is close to some other nice areas in east Nashville.

Beautiful, peaceful retreat!
The house was a perfect getaway from the bustle of the city. It was clean, well-stocked, comfortable. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that we didn't have any hot water the last 2 mornings we were there. Other than that, highly recommend this property.

House was awsome! We loved it! Very close to downtown, great food nearby! Excited to see it next time when some more of the nearby properties have been renovated. Only complaint is mosquitos very out.... no prob, just bring some bug spray next time!

Jeff was fantastic to work with. He replied immediately, answered all of my questions and provided detailed information regarding the check-in/check-out process in addition to suggestions on activities, restaurants and night-life. The property was in excellent condition, clean and stocked with plenty of fresh towels, linens and kitchen supplies. Having 3 large bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms was perfect for our family. We would definitely recommend this property to others!
