Overall stay was great. We did run out of paper towels. There was only 1/2 roll if that on each paper towel stand. There were 18 guest, we also ran out of toilet paper. Only one extra roll in each bathroom. The beds could use and up grade, not comfortable at all.

Clean, not enough seating for amount of people that can stay, need a dining table in other house, would be nice to be able to access rooftop decks without going back downstairs or climbing over divider. We ran out of toilet paper, had no gas in fire pit, kitchen utensils, dishes etc were pretty limited. I think it’s an exaggeration to say you could sleep 24 ..

The two adjoining buildings were pretty ideal for a group. The two rooftops and the foosball table in one living room vs dining table in another made for great hangout spaces. Great Wi-Fi and room to squeeze 4 or 5 cars out front, if needed.

Everyone had a nice time, I would recommend removing the foosball table, we had no table just a Island my friends got there before us, we had 14 of us, they chose the side for us oldest, and were un packed when we got there, VRBO worked good for what we needed, but the couch needs to be replaced, a a fresh coat of part would help, we only slept, and showered so overall it was just fine also UBERs and Shuttles are not expensive from there.

We loved the house and having Queen beds in almost every room as we were all couples. Having 2 sides gave us extra space and kept the chaos down. The rooftops were wonderful and we spent time up there every day. The only recommendation I would have is to provide more towels and a little touch up paint in areas. Also, spruce it up with a little decor to make it more inviting! Overall though, we LOVED the house and will return and recommend to friends in the future!

Clean and modern with good communication with the property manager. Unfortunately, the mattresses were terrible across the board. We rented both sides of the house and every person complained about the mattresses and pillows. Additionally, the kitchen supplies were sparse - only one pan, pot and baking sheet. Otherwise the location and accommodations were fine.

We stayed at this property for my daughters bachelorette party. It’s a very nice and clean property. 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Rented with a group of 11 for a bachelor party trip and it was great for us. The surrounding neighborhood is a little rough, but the house itself was great and somewhat secluded and only a quick 10 min drive to get downtown. Tons of beds/space on both sides of the house and the roof was a great spot for party games and grilling out.

Great location, close to broadway and there are close breakfast places to eat at in the morning. Large enough to accommodate our entire group. Had a cool rooftop. The owner was very accommodating and had excellent communication.

Very conveniently located, clean with great space for our first company retreat. We had 11 people in our group and it was very comfortable with open spaces that allowed us to hold meetings before hitting the town. The host was responsive and very helpful throughout our stay. Definitely would recommend for groups and families!!

If you're thinking about this spot for a bachelor/bachelorette party... just book it. It's amazing. Slept me and 14 friends comfortably, extremely clean, centrally located, and the rooftop was perfect for hanging out at night or in-between trips to the bars downtown. The service was also incredible - the place was spotless, and when I left my AirPods in a bathroom while trying to get back to my home city in a drunken stupor the property owner MAILED THEM BACK TO ME! I can't say enough about this place. Just book it - you won't be disappointed.

Rented this house for a large bachelorette party and it was great for our needs! Beds were clean and comfy. House is well stocked for party needs but some basic dishes were lacking or in limited supply. (Coffee cups) we had a great weekend there and would definitely stay again!

On our way to the house our driver said the neighborhood was sketchy and not to go out walking. We didn’t have anything happen but we were careful. The area around the house is unkempt and is not appealing to look at. The house itself was sort of cleaned on the surface but as we looked closer it was rather dirty. The house needs a deep cleaning. We didn’t sit on the deck as the chairs were dirty and there is no shade or umbrellas. We were a bit disappointed in the house and spent most of our time out and about and so we spent a lot of money on Uber transporting 14 of us around Nashville. Nothing around the house to walk to and we warned not to do that anyway.

Our stay included 12 of us from three different states. Check in was very easy, plenty of space and accessories for everyone. Sheets/bed were clean as well as the bathrooms. The only negative we found were ants when we checked in, but it wasnt alot and a quick sweep got rid of them for the trip. Overall lovevly house close to downtown and alot of amenities. Would stay here again

We had a group of friends stay in Erica’s house in Nashville. It was perfect for what we needed. The house had plenty of bedrooms and was very spacious. We enjoyed the rooftop. It was a quick 10-12 min car ride to Broadway.

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of this property. Spots on the carpet, dirty rugs. There was a stain on my sheets and hair in the bathrooms. The layout of the houses is nice.

We took 16 ladies and celebrated my 50th and my daughters 21st birthdays. The house(s) were wonderful. We loved both of them. Everyone had somewhere to sleep. We had places to hang out together and not be on top of each other. We were close to down town. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a large group.

The house was very comfortable for our large group with 9 children with an age range of 1-13. The house was comfortably stocked with the essentials (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc). It was nice to have space for everyone to spread out as they needed! There was a nice, safe pass through in the small fenced in back yard to move between the two houses which allowed the kids to move between the houses independently. But the back yard had poison ivy and a ton of mosquitoes that were always coming in the doors. The roof top deck only had seating on one side (house A) and the other side was completely empty. House B needs at least some chairs and side tables on the deck. House A also does not have a kitchen table to sit at to eat and there is a severe lack of flat surfaces to set things down on in the living room/kitchen area. The houses were great for all of us and so convenient to the highways and downtown Nashville. We could get anywhere we wanted in less than 20 minutes. We would absolutely rent this site again if we come back to the city!

We enjoyed our stay with a group of 18 for a 40th birthday celebration. Communication was great, check in and check out process was easy. To make our stay even better, we would’ve loved for both rooftops to have been furnished, and more seating options in the living room area would’ve been nice. The futons were a bit small for an adult, too. Overall the house worked out great and we would recommend to others.

We had a group of 24 and we enjoyed our stay. The proximity to Broadway was perfect. It would be nice if there were more seating options for everyone since we gathered together but didn’t have a place to sit. The rooms could’ve been a bit cleaner upon arrival (esp. bathrooms), and the sleeper sofas are a futon that truly only fit one person not two comfortably. The air beds were convenient and necessary for a group our size. The host was extremely accommodating and very polite and helpful throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend.

18 ladies ages 35 to 65 stayed in Nashville for 3 nights. We enjoyed the live music, attractions, and gathering on the rooftop to grill and laugh. The rooftop was private and perfect. Lyft provided easy and affordable transportation to and from the property. The house was spacious and welcoming. We had everything we needed. Already planning our trip back!

Property was clean and well maintained. There was a definite shortage of kitchen pots and items considering cooking for a crowd. It would help to have had a floor plan and bedroom plan before booking as there was only twin beds on the ground level. More seating also needed for a crowd.
