One of the guys behind the reception was very helpful and friendly, thank you! Location was also a plus for me.
The hotel is very noisy. A lot of noise coming from the streets and the neighbors. Could do with some better soundproof system.

Tung Nam Lou Art hotel is a very nice, very clean hotel at an excellent location next to the underground station. From here it's very easy to either explore the streets of Kowloon and Mong Kok or hop on a train and explore the city in all directions.The staff is very nice and forthcoming. I definitely come again :-)

Bed was large. Location was very central. Air conditioning worked well. Room was cleaned every day.
Room was very small and the bathroom was inside the room with a poorly sealed frosted glass partition. There was no place to store clothes or other items. It was called an art hotel but there was nothing arty about it.
