Villa Esperanza is a luxury condominium in the heart of shopping, dinning, and outdoor activities. Private and quiet condominium! The Mesilla Plaza is surrounded by fine restaurants and shops, and its brick-lined streets have been traveled by characters such as Billy the Kid and Pat Garrett. In nearby Las Cruces, you'll find a friendly town with a large university, theaters, restaurants, golf courses, hospitals and all types of civic events. Of course, Las Cruces has many stores and shopping malls, and a new shopping center located close to the community. El Paso and Juarez, Mexico are 40 miles south, and fishing, horse racing, boating and Casino Apache are all within easy driving distance. All of this in the most enjoyable climate you can imagine!

Close to everything we wanted and very quiet. Loved Old Mesilla. Very walkable from the condo and we did it everyday. Restaurants are walkable too.

The place was both well located and outfitted. Everything comfortable. Wifi and TV great. Just great.
For full balance - I think more supportive pillows would be better for me and my spouse, but we made due. Bed otherwise were good. A very nice stay.

We had a great time in Mesilla! Loved the property and the location to historic Mesilla. Ana was very friendly and responsive. This was the cleanest property we have ever stayed at.

Ana was absolutely amazing! She was available anytime I had any questions and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The property location was perfect! It is about 2 minutes from Mesilla which is full of great restaurants, shops and history and 2 minutes from Cruces.
The condo was the perfect size for us! It’s much bigger than the pictures on the site made it seem. Really enjoyed the walk in shower!
Lots of extra pillows and blankets for extra comfort! Walk in closets with tons of hangers and storage space. Even a baby/dog gate if needed.
The interior was decorated beautifully and had cable and WiFi so we were able to watch all our football games although were from out of state. There was charcoal available for the grills, an on-site pool just a quick walk away, laundry detergent, everything you would have/need in your personal home.
I was able to bring my dog with me without any issues and there was plenty of places to walk him around. Parking wasn’t even a concern. We parked right by our condo. It’s a gated community and is so quiet and private.
Will definitely be staying again and recommending to anyone who visits the area.

Excellent location to Old Mesilla! Very quiet and clean condo and nice amenities. This is our second time staying at these condos and they will always be our first choice when in Las Cruces!

We rented the 2 bedroom condo to visit our daughter at NMSU. It was spacious enough for her to bring a few college friends over to visit, so we didn't have to hang in the dorm. It is well decorated and fully stocked in the kitchen. Check in was really easy. We will definitely stay again.

Relaxing condo near NMSU and Old Mesilla

Great place to stay!
This property was clean and very well stocked for anything you need. The area felt very safe and was quite, our use of the pool and other facilities went well. The owner was very responsive to our needs and was very helpful. I would recommend both the condo and owner to anybody. We go down to Las Cruces twice a year and from now on I know where we will be staying!

Beautiful and spacious home
Property has beautiful decor and very comfortable beds and couch. Kitchen allowed me to bake a cake and make a casserole dish for a family get together. Wine and cookies awaited us after our 10 hour drive from the Dallas area. This home is very close to old mesilla which is a beautiful place to walk and shop at. Ana replied instantly to my questions and even thought of us to invite us to a local event. The lighting of the luminarias. It was an event we would not have known about. We scurried over to it and it was beautiful to see. Thanks Ana! This an upstairs unit so when you pack don't use heavy suitcases unless you are traveling with muscles. Your own or someone else's.
