The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious, and the hostel has many good facilities. The bathroom is also located within the bedroom which is always a bonus in hostels. This hostels feels more like a homestay and the place feels very cosy.
The entrance to the hostel is a little bit difficult to find and the room was a little bit warm for my liking. The key that you get given is also fairly big meaning that looking after it when you are out in Cologne could be challenging.

Nice hostel with a homely feel. The room was a good size and not overcrowded and I slept well. Next to the room was a inviting kitchen with cooker and fridge you can use. Coffee and tea is free as is jam and toast in the morning. Not far from public transport and supermarkets on the way, the hostel was ideal for a short stay and very good value for money.
The bed is allocated. Make sure you are able to return the key in person otherwise you might not be able to get the key deposit back.
