Large clean room. Quiet, free parking close by. 5 minute walk from Tram 12 to the city €8 return. Good place whilst visiting Koln city. Bakery close by for coffee.
Shower base leaked.

It is a nice hotelroom. The free wifi was not working in the room we stayed in. The bed was comfortable. The badroom was nice the shower was great.
If it wasn’t for a festival i probably wouldn’t stay there again. They have a small party room or something. This party was going ok into the late hours. After a festival you would like a nice sleep but didn’t have that. And the location is far away from the citty en its in a creepy place.

It was mostly close to the venue. 10€ uber ride to go 5 km!
Bare bones, but ok. Big tricks going by the window but not at night.

You can walk to the concert venue, but I wouldn't recommend it at night for women in the winter, as there is an underpass and a few dark places, lined on one side by woods.
I was there with my daughter.
The door that was supposed to be locked at night was not, so anyone could just come in.
The heater didn't work on our second night. It was fine on the first night and everything was great, but when we got back, it was cold. We wanted to tell someone, but there is no night reception. We had to sleep in our street clothes, layered up, with heavy sweaters on top. I wanted to tell the receptionist the next morning, but we couldn't find her all throughout breakfast. We just left the keys on the desk and left. That's when we saw her outside just smoking.
The hotel is okay, one of the receptionists very nice and present, and probably just fine in Summer. Breakfast is okay. I really don't like to write a bad review, but it''s too bad about the door and that I spent my money on a place where the receptionist doesn't really care about her job, and we didn't feel safe or warm. Maybe we just had bad luck.
Better to spend a little more money somewhere else.
