Great location, spacious room, comfortable bed and nice firm pillows. Hot water was plentiful We loved the porch chairs for relaxing and watching the birds. There was ample parking for our truck and side x side. The stand-alone air conditioner was a bit noisy (as most are) but worked well. We would stay here again.
Some towel bars for hanging up wet bath towels would be a useful addition. And the breakfast offerings were minimal. I need a high protein breakfast so I brought my own precooked eggs and meat. But some of the other small hotels we've stayed at offer a discount voucher to a nearby restaurant. It might be worth considering as Aunt Sue's has an awesome breakfast.
