Nestled in Ocean City, this lovely condo for $360 per night is a great option for your next break. Convenient and minutes walking or driving to all local events and excellent amenities all year round! Oceanfront Building, Luxurious 3-BR/3-Full Bath Condo, Resort Lifestyle & Amenities, 24-Hour Security, Prime Location with excellent restaurants and activities for ALL AGES. An incredible view of the ocean/bay view and the dunes from the balcony, kitchen, living, and dining area. The unit offers a grand open and ample floor plan for family activities, featuring beautiful furnishings, fully equipped gourmet kitchen including beverage/beer cooler, large master bed with shower and jacuzzi. Bedrooms include 1 king, 1 queen, a trundle (1 twin + 1 full + 1 pullout twin), and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Laundry is equipped with full washer, dryer, iron, and iron board. Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps, and paper products. Order of a linen package (sheet and 2 pillowcases for each bed, and towel set for the number of guests) is available for a fee; the package will delivered/picked up upon guests’ arrival/departure. Gateway Grand offers an elegant resort lifestyle with soaring ceilings, an oceanfront outdoor pool, a beautiful heated indoor pool, a large state-of-the-art fitness center, a spacious children's playroom with large televisions and gaming systems and board games for your children. The massive open ocean terrace offers plenty of seating around the outdoor pool area and is right on the beachfront. Gateway Grand is surrounded with a variety of attractions, dining options, daytime and nightlife activities, entertainment, and shopping outlet centers that are fun filled for family members of all ages, walking distance to OC Convention Center, a short drive to Jolly Roger Amusement/Water Park, other Amusement parks, boardwalk, racetracks, skate boarding, brand-name Outlets, Ocean Down Casino, skate boarding, boardwalk, many signature OC golf courses, Assateague Island, and many more... - Primary renters must be 25 or older, home address and government ID are required for age verification and for the completion of the rental agreement. - 7-night stay, SAT-SAT, is required during peak season (Memorial Day weekend – mid September). - $126 nonrefundable for registration and parking fee due at check-in, pay to Gateway Grand Management (2 parking passes). - Check-in / check-out: 3:00 pm / 10:00 am. Late check-in after 5:00 pm can be arranged; NO late check-out. - NO SMOKING (except for designated areas in the building), NO PET allowed. No partying in the unit.

The property and location were perfect, awesome balcony, spacious condo, walking distance to plenty of locations. I would say that the cleanliness wasn’t bad but it wasn’t perfect but everything else was amazing!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and fit our family of 8 very nicely. The property owner answered the questions we had promptly. The side balcony was our favorite morning and evening spot to view the ocean. Conveniently located and walking distance to many nice restaurants.

This condo was so convenient for our family. It had an indoor and outdoor pool and the beach was directly outside of the property. It’s walking distance from mini golf, souvenirs, ice cream, restaurants/bars, and a candy store. It has gorgeous views and was very peaceful/quiet.
Mai was an outstanding host. She gave us clear instructions during the booking, leading up to our stay, and even helped us coordinate towels and linens for our unit. When I had questions, she answered within hours and checked on our stay. The unit was extremely clean and accommodated our 7 guests perfectly. Thanks, Mai! We will be back.

This was one of the best rental experiences we've ever had. Communication was excellent with quick responses to questions. And the unit is great. It was clean and well furnished. The full kitchen and cookware was great to make some meals at home. The master bedroom and bathroom is luxurious. It made for a very comfortable stay at the beach! Thank you for a great week!

We just got back from a week long stay at this condo and it was absolutely amazing, none of us wanted to leave! We were able to comfortably fit our family of 5, plus my in-laws for the week. I know that technically it can sleep way more than 7, but we all like to have our space and this condo was more than big enough to allow for that. A huge added perk for us is that 48th street has the blue handicapped access mats down to the beach, which is perfect for our disabled daughter. The owner was great about communicating with us and check in and out was a breeze. We can’t wait to come back next year!

You couldn't ask for a better place to stay! Beautiful, well decorated, and very very spacious. The balcony had the most perfect views of the ocean and the bay, a perfect place to sit after dinner with a glass of wine. The owner is extremely thoughtful and reached out to me during my stay to make sure the check in process went smoothly. It's in a great part of ocean city and it's easy to get to the inlet and to north ocean city.

Excellent Condominium and Host
I am so happy that I found this listing on VRBO and booked my family vacation here. I have been going to Ocean City since I was a little kid but have never stayed in a place that I like as much as this. The property is exactly as described in the listing and very well maintained. It was perfect for an extended family of 8 with small children. The kitchen is equipped with almost anything you might need for making your own breakfasts, lunches, and dinners throughout your stay. Having access to a storage locker made getting the beach a breeze and eliminated needing to bring sandy beach accessories into the condo. Moreover, the locker was stocked by the owner with chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach games and even a cart to move it all around. The unit is suited with breathtaking views of the ocean and bay, and you even have an unobstructed view all the way down to the big ferris wheel on the inlet pier. The Gateway Grand itself was amazing, from the staff working at the front desk to the weight room to the two pools. Finally, Mai Hoa was a great host to work with. She was responsive to all of my inquiries leading up the stay and quickly responded to all the questions I had (usually in under an hour).

2022 Annual Vacation to OC MD
Perfect midtown location. Easy access to beach, walking distance to dining, mini golf, ice cream and nightlife. Beautiful views of ocean and bay, the unit was well maintained and clean. We had access to the both pools and the locker with beach equipment. We couldn’t ask for an easier check in and check out. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. The staff at Gateway Grand was very kind and courteous. We had an excellent time renting this unit. Hopefully we can do it again next year.

The entire building was very nice. Having the two pools was extremely nice for rainy days. Kitchen and bedrooms were great and the room was family friendly. The locker room was great for cleaning our beach gear. Would definitely stay again!

Every TV is a smart TV, which was great for us logging in and loading the kids' favorite shows and movies.
We loved it so much that we have already begun planning a return trip to Mai's location. We're so glad that we have found this little slice of heaven.

Perfectly hospitable host and condo!
Beautiful condo with every amenity of home. We slept 9 very comfortably. Everyone was so refreshingly nice accommodating. Far enough away from everything to have perfect peace and private beach time early in the morning but not so far that it was a hassle to experience the boardwalk, shops, etc. It was the first vacation that didn’t thoroughly exhaust me. I can’t wait to book this place again.

Look no further. This condo is immaculate! Super clean and completely stocked kitchen. The Whole layout is perfect and beds are comfortable. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and responds ASAP. The Gateway Grand is also very clean and has a great location. Shops and restaurants within walking distance and the beach is manicured and well kept. Overall just a great place for family’s of all ages. So much to do rain or shine.

Relaxing Vacation
Our stay at Mai’s property this week was fantastic. The unit was beautiful and comfortable for our group of adults and children. The building was beautiful with great amenities. Beautiful ocean and bay views from the balcony. The location was great and very convenient to the beach. We would highly recommend renting this unit. The host was always responsive to any questions I had. We hope to be back again for another summer vacation.
