It’s in tam coc but not in the super busy area. Only a 20-25 minutes walk to the main area or a ~5 minutes motorbike ride.
This is a real Homestay! They offer cheap motorbike and bicycle rental! One night we had a Vietnamese family style meal all together and it was amazing! The family running the Homestay are so kind and attentive and gave us water bottles every day! I’d stay here again!
