Very peaceful hotel and convenient location. It is located on a side street so it is quiet at nights, but it is still very close to the town center and all activities - 5/10 minutes walk.
The room is comfortable and spacious, and the beds are great. Room, towels, beddings and bathroom are clean and neat.
The owner is lovely and helpful, and she also makes a delicious breakfast à la carte, with fresh fruits, fresh juice, bread, eggs, and good coffee. She also allowed me to leave my bags for the day as my bus leaves at night.
Bonus points for the adorable little dogs who will greet you.
I would definitely recommand if you're looking for a peaceful and calm hotel, while still being close to town.

Nice and spacious room, way cheaper than in some other comparable hotels in vietnam. The breakfast was great (with the opportunity to choose one dish, one hot beverage and one fruit juice), the laundry service fast and renting bikes was also easy. The staff was lovely overall, and fixed our bidet within 10minutes aftet it started leaking. We were also given the opportunity to shower for free before taking our sleeper bus and even received some snacks for the journey. We really enjoyed our stay!

Lady was really nice, helped book a bus to Hanoi plus gave me free biscuits!!
Air conditioning helped a lot after weeks without any, room was very spacious and shower was very good!

If you have to stay in Tam Coc, this is a clean, comfortable homestay off the main road and away from the noise.
Nice little alternative walk through the alleyways to the lake, avoiding the main road.
Friendly, pleasant staff.
You are in town with no view and void of nature. But everything reasonably priced in Trang An was booked over the weekend.
