All Ours is a luxurious 7 bedroom Fort Morgan rental with an unobstructed beach view and a private pool. Just across the neighborhood street from the white sand, this house has picturesque views from the balconies, pool, and large windows throughout the rooms. Start every day with a fresh dose of ocean breeze on the Alabama gulf coast, where relaxation and adventure await!
All Ours provides everything your friends and family need for a fabulous vacation. The 7 bedrooms offer a sleeping capacity of up to 19 guests who will be comfortably accommodated after days full of sun. The living spaces throughout this beach home are perfect for entertaining and hanging out, and the open floor plan makes it so easy for the whole group to spend time together. In the cozy living room, there is a flat-screen TV perfect for watching movies or the big game, if you aren't too distracted by the stunning views all around it! The adjacent kitchen is fully stocked and ready for preparing meals that can be served at the dining table, bar seating, or anywhere you please. Outside, there is a grilling area for all your barbecue needs and an outdoor putting green for even more entertainment!
If you are worried about who might get the master bedroom on your vacation, luckily, there are 4 bedrooms with king beds, private bathrooms, and breath-taking views! 2 of these are on the main floor, and the other 2 are on the second. Also on the second floor are 3 more bedrooms, perfect for the kids! There is a bedroom with a twin over full bunk and a bedroom with 2 full beds that share a bathroom. Finally, the last bedroom has a full over full bunk that shares a bathroom with the game room area. This game room provides cozy seating, a flat-screen TV, a wet bar, and shuffleboard! These accommodations will surely provide the rest your group needs before a great day on the beach.
The private pool on the balcony of All Ours is truly a dream, overlooking the beach of the Gulf of Mexico. The kids will love playing games, and the adults will love floating with a cocktail. However, the unobstructed beach view can only tempt guests for so long before they have to feel the white sand for themselves! Walk along the shoreline to search for seashells and watch for dolphins. Swim in the crystal water and bodysurf in the waves. Or relax in a beach chair with your toes in the sand! The beachfront of Fort Morgan is unoccupied, uncrowded, and ideal for a true escape from your everyday worries, and All Ours is the perfect spot to enjoy it!

The house was a dream with amazing views, was extremely comfortable with powerful air conditioning and plenty of room and amenities. The finishings and fixtures were beautifully appointed, it felt like luxury hotel accommodations. Communication with the ownership was immediate and friendly when a small issue popped up (which is bound to happen as different people have differing needs) and they very quickly corrected the issue without any inconvenience to us. It’s an ideal location for the family or group who wants the beach house getaway without the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend this location for a gulf shores vacation!

Awesome time at the beach. Place was perfectly situated within easy walking distance of the beach. Extremely clean and large enough for a family of 15 to spread out.

The home and it's location were great for our family group of 10 with the bonus of having 3 equally nice master bedrooms with ocean views along with rooms for the children. The advertised space for 19 to sleep would be very cramped. Our disappointment came with the condition of outdoor amenities. Patio furniture was in dire need of replacement, with only 4 of 6 chairs usable and cushions on the deck bench filthy and covered with mildew. The coated mesh wire on the deck railings was rusted through and unsafe with broken wire exposed all around the pool area. The pool itself ran out of chlorine after 4 days and the water turned green. Four large glass windows in the main room overlooking the deck are broken, a majority of dishes in the kitchen had to be washed before we could use them and a hose on the garage level for washing off sand has a broken turnoff valve leaving pressure in a hose that looks like it will explode any minute.
The house and beach location are a gem, but the property owners need to do some extensive maintenance to keep up with the hot, salty and humid conditions in that area. For the daily rental price of the property, I would have hoped for something in better condition.
