I loved that the property was right on the beach, a 5 min walk from my room to the sand! Beds were comfortable, room was fairly clean. The poolside bar is a nice touch. The pool was clean and refreshing!
One of the elevators was out of order, so it made it very slow getting from floor to floor. Especially since we had to share the one elevator with the cleaning staff; they should have their own (it was just too much traffic, I can imagine it made their job more difficult). The building is old; old carpet, walls, and outdated designs.

Location relative to beach and the pool (with tube river) and balcony
$50 charge for towel left on balcony rather than front desk AND one of two elevators inoperable last two days AND cost of breakfast compared to other facilities at this cost that include breakfast.
