Location was in the right spot. Travel was easy to shopping and customer service was perfect throughout my stay. The restaurant in the hotel food is amazing.
Have to pay for parking to visit the beach. This is the first hearing of this.

There are so many things! Beautiful design and decor, so so so so clean! My husband and I both noticed how clean they keep it! I swear I saw somebody around all the time cleaning. Along with that you could smell how clean it is too! Staff was warm and welcoming! Mrs./Ms. Julie got us taken care of and explained everything very thoroughly! In the mornings we were waited on at hunters bend by Cynthia who provided phenomenal service.
I wish there was seating at hunters bend that could better accommodate a high chair, I felt like my baby was so far away from me while eating breakfast.

This property is beautiful. It’s clean. It doesn’t have that nasty bleach smell that hotels have. The pool was so nice. And the room was a game changer. Julie upgraded us to a room looking at the ocean and it made the trip! It was so hot outside that some time had to be spent inside. But that room made it ok. I don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel. The staff were also consistently friendly and helpful. I am super picky about hotels and I will be going back!
I wish the rooms had a microwave since they have a fridge, but there was one to use downstairs so it was fine.

The room smelled like dog urine as soon as we entered room. Floors need to be mopped well and rugs and carpet needs to be taken up if this is going to be a pet friendly hotel. It’s not fair for paying clients to have to smell dog urine their entire stay.
