IMPORTANT NOTES: If you want to have pool heater to be on, it is an extra $ 35/day. If you just want to have the heated spa (jacuzzi) there is an $18/day charge for it. (for both there is a minimum of 3 consecutive nights), BBQ Grill is $84 one time fee (up to seven days) for the stay, which covers cleaning and propane. The house was exactly as pictured. The manager of the property so was so nice and stayed in constant contact with me. The house was so spacious for all of us. The beds were comfortable and everything thing felt clean. If you’re staying to go to Disney be aware it’s 20 min away from the home. Not a huge deal, but I didn’t do my research on that before booking. Overall loved the home and would stay again!

The house was great! The theater room was terrific! Also the layout of the house was perfect for a large group! The island in the kitchen was enormous! Large dinning table also! Very Clean and a lot of bathrooms!! The kitchen was well stocked with anything to cook with! Will definitely stay there again!!!

This house is beautiful and clean. All the rooms are so cool and comfortable. The movie room is awesome with a great sound system! Location is convenient for visiting all the parks. Diego is a super nice guy, and very easy to communicate with. I’ll definitely be staying here next time I’m in the Orlando area.

The property was beautiful. Children and I enjoyed the pool at the house and the community pool. The short ride to the parks and local restaurants. Being able to cook on the grill was a plus for us. Diego was a pleasure to work with. We look forward to returning in the near future.

We just stayed a week with 4 household's (7 adults, 5 children) and this house was perfect! It was 20 minutes from Animal Kingdom/Epcot/Magic Kingdom, 30 minutes to Disney Springs, 15 minutes to Gatorland. We did 3 days of parks and 2 full days at the house. We did huge breakfasts on our days at the house (they had waffle maker, griddle for bacon, cookies sheets for quiche, literally all kitchen appliances you could need). The kids played in the game room, they played the x-box that was in the movie room which allowed the adults to relax in the hot tub. Beds were comfortable and each bedroom had a connecting bathroom. The host frequently checked in with me to ensure everything was ok and that we didnt need anything. We are already talking about booking this property again next year and doing different parks. We had such an amazing week.

Great Home with plenty of room for everyone! The theater room was a hit with the kids. Thoroughly enjoyed the grill setup, used it every day. Definitely would stay again.

The location was convenient. Close to meet your shopping needs and 15-20 mins from parks. The home was nice, however it is in need of a few touch-ups (paintings, furniture
repairs, bathroom vent, shower rods, etc.) which I'm sure comes with the territory of having numerous renters. Could use a really good deep cleaning as well. Also the tv's were not easy to operate and were not hooked up to local cable. I read in other reviews about the trash, so we made sure trash bags were tied tightly and placed in receptor with lid closed. Some animal would still manage to get inside the container which meant trash particles would end up in the driveway or lawn. Tip for future renters is to take your trash out in the mornings before 8am instead of overnight. There were a few bug sightings, mainly in the movie room cabinets which is located upstairs. Overall nice place to stay and it is a bonus that each room has its own bathroom! Suggestion for owners, install some type of air in the game room/garage. It was really warm in there even with the provided fan.

The home was even more inviting than the listing showed. What impressed me more was the attentiveness of the host. Diego was an excellent host and responded within a matter of mins whenever anything came up. My family and I enjoyed our week stay in his place and look forward to staying again on our next trip back to the Orlando area. Trust me, you won’t be at all disappointed staying here

The home was beautiful and spacious. It had everything we needed. Mr Esteves was wonderful to work with and he had a answer for all of my questions. The only drawbacks were the last two nights the A/C appeared to stop cooling. Overall I hope we can rent this home again.

Very nice home, large rooms, great for adults and kids. We had 12 in our party and had plenty of room for everyone to be together or have some quite time if they wanted. Pool is very nice, along with the outdoor kitchen area, kids really liked the movie room and playroom.

We booked this to get our family together for a 50th anniversary. We had a total of 12 family members visiting from 5 different states. The pool was a big hit! Kitchen was large and we were able to all enjoy meals together. Outdoor grill/kitchen area was a great feature and we def got use out of it. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Washer and dryer was a great convenience for keeping towels washed for our group. House is beautifully decorated and super clean. Property manager (Diego) was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions. Location is super close to the parks and to the airport. Grocery stores and restaurants are also close by. We had pizza delivered one night from Jersey Spot Pizza - def recommend giving them a try! 100% would stay here again!

We loved this house it was exactly what you saw in the pictures we really wnjoyed ourselves the movie theater was amazing and we loved the pool area also I would defiantly stay there again any time I needed anything the owner was very quick to respond we had a great time

We stayed here for 2 weeks, 5 adults and 2 children (9 and 7) and not one of us have anything negative to say (apart from Hurricane Ian, more on that shortly).
The pictures on the website should be updated as they really don’t do it justice, the property was far better than we expected when we booked it, simply immaculate!!
Diego was brilliant from start to finish, always available and ready to answer any queries we had, cannot fault him at all.
Sadly, at the end of our stay we had to experience Hurricane Ian but felt very safe in the property and we all slept through the worst of it but our flight home was cancelled by the airline and rearranged for 2 days later.
I contacted Diego for another property for 2 nights for which he sent me a suitable one within minutes and we booked it shortly after, another stunning property!
Thanks so much Diego for your input into our perfect holiday, loved every second of it!
If we come back to Orlando, you will by my 1st choice for a property, no ifs, no buts!!
