Our Lake Berkley villa is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental ideally located off Highway 192 behind Medieval Times & Walmart & just minutes away from restaurants, parks & golf courses The pool area is the perfect place to relax after a hard day at the parks or shopping. What could be nicer than enjoying the sun with a cold drink looking out over the lake and watching the local wildlife. Our villa details include:- The master bedroom has a King size bed, large walk-in closet, ceiling fan, safe & cable TV. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, hair dryer & straighteners. The 2nd bedroom is a large sunny room with a Queen size bed, cable television, games console, ceiling fan & ample storage space. The 3rd bedroom has a Spongebob Squarepants theme with comfortable double and twin bunkbed ideal for all ages along with games console, ceiling fan & ample storage space. The lounge has 3 comfortable sofas, a 50' flat screen cable TV providing hundreds of channels as well as a PS3 (Blu-ray), Wii and Blu-ray player. Netflix, Amazon Prime and Alexa are all available. We also provide a PC with high speed internet access, WiFi, webcam & printer. Free local, long distance & International calls to UK landlines. The kitchen is fully equipped with all usual appliances including waffle maker & large George Foreman grill. The pool area is fully screened & has a large deck area with luxury outside furniture and BBQ. Shrubs are planted on both sides of the pool area for additional privacy. The garage has been converted into a games room with an 8 foot slate bed pool table, electronic darts & foosball. A conversion top allows the pool table to be quickly converted into a table tennis table. All towels & linens provided. Pool heating available for an additional charge on request.

Close to park, Walmart around the corner, nice and cozy, had everything we needed even an infant bath tub, house fully prepared for all ages in your family!

We loved the gated community. Felt very safe. The property was so wonderful just how we like it. The pool right outside the looking over the pool was the pond that my husband enjoyed the fishing. The only thing that wasn’t to my liking was it could have been a little cleaner. But I would love to stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality. Adela

Very well positioned villa, quiet street and very well equipped. Good distance accross from opposite properties so very quiet and not overlooked. Decking area very pleasant and can take in the wildlife in and around the water, or the golfers on the course opposite which is far enough away not to have any stray shots. Lots of golf course options within 2 mile of the property. The best part of the villa is the owners, they are a pleasure to deal with and respond quickly to any messages. I would nit hesitate to recomend and plan to use this villa again.

Very clean property in a very nice gated community!! Check in process was a breeze and it is centrally located to practically anything you could want to do. We did not want to leave!!

This was such a great place that I had a hard time getting my family to the beach! They wanted to stay by the pool all day. Very convenient and spacious. We loved it!

Nice home with all the amenities that you need to be comfortable. Host made sure to make sure he left all instructions for everything with the home and neighbor. Great location. Close to everything we wanted to travel to.

We took our dad on an extended stay with our dad. The house was so nice. Very clean and well appointed. The host, Lawrence, was amazing. If we had a question or small issue, it was addressed immediately. Don't hesitate in booking this home. It is lovely.

When we first arrived the house smelt so good and clean. The pool is so nice to relax in after a long day out and it has a beautiful view of the pond behind. Lots of ducks come right up to the fence. The pool table/pong table was as a big hit for my 24 and 17 year olds. Very pleased with our stay. The only downside was the microwave didn’t work but we called the service number provided they were coming out to fix however we were leaving the day they were coming out. Don’t really need it with the fast food nearby anyways. Other than that it was a wonderful home. We will definitely stay again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was really nice and very clean. The host was very considerate and provided sheets, towels, pillows, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap and even all the dishes and other kitchen utensils you could want.
The only changes I would like to see is replacement of the mattresses. All of the mattresses were extremely hard and were quite worn out. Also many of the outlets were worn out and would not hold in power plugs. Living room couch is also broken and should be replaced as well.
We really liked this house and if the above listed issues were resolved we would return in a heartbeat.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying a month at this property. The home was very cozy and comfortable in a gated community. We enjoyed the heated pool and locations to many restaurants. If your planning a trip to Disney this home is in a great location . The owner and management team were always available if we had any questions.

The house was beautiful, the pool table and foosball was an added bonus that gave the kids something extra to do. Location was good, close to stores and 20 minutes from Disney. Wish we had splurged for heated pool since it was in the 50s and low 60s most of the week! :)

Perfect Vacation! Lawrence was awesome. He made sure we had everything we needed prior to our arrival. Pool was heated, directions to the room, directions to door lock and best of all was instructions posted all thru the house. I firmly believe if we would have ask for groceries Lawrence would have made it happen 😂. Loved It and will be back! Appreciate all you did to make our vacation enjoyable and no stress 🙂

We had a nice stay. Perfectly located to Disney away from traffic. Place was easy to gain access to. We would stay again. Nice pool beautiful with lake located right behind property.

Our first family vacation since the pandemic and it could not have been any better!! Contact prior to arrival included everything including directions, access codes, etc. We arrived and pool was heated ready to go (kids really loved shooting baskets and the led light in the pool). Close proximity to everything we did.. medieval times, icon park, universals islands of adventure, Disney springs, magic kingdom and about an hour drive to cocoa beach. The villa had plenty of movies and games for lazy evenings and bonding we really enjoyed the ping-pong and pool table. Will definitely be staying again!

I stayed at this property with my family for a weekend visit to Disney World.
The house was very clean. The pool guy came during our stay and he cleaned the pool and added water. There are plenty of towels and pool toys.
There were a few game consoles in the living room that entertained my son and husband. There were also tons of DVDs and the bedroom tv's can use streaming services.
I really liked the property and would stay again.

Clean and well maintained. New carpet. Pool fun for kids with basketball goals and balls. Enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay, the place was clean and well taken care of.
The pool cleaner came up and surprised us as he entered through the enclosure and we would have liked notice of this.
The only other thing is the couches need to be replaced as they are not comfortable due to the wear of it.

Place is clean and updated, pool was clean and whoever cleans the pool thumbs up because what they used for pool to clean doesn’t give you rashes or eyes doesn’t get irritated. I mean it has everything for kids all kinds of game example PlayStation wii , even Alexa and so on. It was short but had a good time location is close to 192 which is main road you have Walmart around the corner aldi and my favorite wawa and close to my brother which made it even better. Lawrence he is very helpful and Linda and Rob. I had an issue and needed to check in early and they were for helpful I was able to check in 2 hours early.. just to finish this I give all my thumbs up and a place to relax, only thing is you can’t have visitors after 9pm but it is a good place to just relax from everything.

Had an awesome time here at Lake Berkley. The house was excellent and the location perfect. Loved coming home from a long day in the parks to cool off in the pool with the beautiful view. We had a little issue with the access code upon arrival but it was reticified in ample time. Will definitely stay again!

After an 8 hr drive when we walked in the house the first thing we noticed was how hot it was because the A.C. was not working. The home needs a complete face-lift. Walls dirty and beat up. Carpet had stains everywhere old and new. The corner by the computer smelled like urine. The was a dead feog by the pool and dead roaches in the game room. I communicated with the owner about the condition and he got the A.C. fixed and nothing else. My family was so uncomfortable in the dirty house that I asked for a partial refund so that I could try to find a hotel so we could try to enjoy our time in Florida but the owner started ignoring my messages. The house was so uncomfortable and nasty that we had to cut out trip short. We couldn't stand it any longer so we left early.
