Great location, very safe and in a quiet neighborhood, its a perfect home away from home. Close to LAX, Sofi Stadium, LAX, beach, shopping, restaurants, Space X, Northrop Grumman. Hosts Max 7 guests. No Smoking, No Party, Sorry No Pet. You get the entire house. 65" 4k UHD TV with Roku. The master bedroom features a king size bed with bathroom, second room has a queen size bed and third room has queen size bed. There is also queen size comfortable air mattress. Free WiFi • Netflix • Fully equipped kitchen • Full Size Refrigerator • Dishwasher, Microwave, Full Size Stove • Toaster, Coffee Maker, Oven • Pots and Pans, Dishes, Silverware, Towels, Hair Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board, all provided • Shampoos and Conditioners • Washer/Dryer The house is fully furnished and fully equipped. Everything you might need to feel right at home. If you need any recommendations on places to go, I am just a quick text/phone call away. I am available 24-7 if you have any questions or requests.

PROS: Cleanliness.
Easy check in.
CONS:
(1) Parking: If you have more than one car book another home. There is one off street parking space. Street parking is basically non existent.
(2) House: Master has a bathroom with NO door and a laundry area. No TV in this bedroom.
(3) TVs: Front room ok but Netflix only. 3rd bedroom TV was so old it rarely was able to load Netflix.
(4) Bathrooms: Extremely dated. As I already said the master has no door and the shower is so high it’s almost impossible to use. The second bathroom is the opposite. Lower shower/tub set-up very hard to use too as neither have safety bars. Bathrooms are flat out dangerous.
(5) Kitchen : Equipped with the basics. Dining area tightly seats six.
(6)Heaters: Wall heaters which were insufficient in warming the areas they are located in. Bathrooms have no way to heat them and were freezing at times. House isn’t insulated.
(7)The floors are old wall-to-wall rugs, tile or laminate. There are areas where it changes from one type of flooring to the other and there are different height levels that cause you to trip continually.
This home was described as “beautiful” which it is not! When many photos, on VRBO, are not helpful pictures of the home but of a bottle of wine, a vase and a keyboard that wasn’t even there - beware! The longer we stayed the more dissatisfied we became. We are not VRBO newbies as we rent here every year for 4-6 weeks. This was the biggest disappointment so far.

It was located perfectly for our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The home met our needs with plenty of space for everyone. The amentities the home provided were great. We appreciated having the spring water in the dispenser to refill bottles for the day. Nathan was very accomodating for us considering our limited flight options for checking in. There was construction going on and the crews were so friendly as well. We will definetely be back as long as Nathan will have us...Thank you for opening your space for us.

This bungalow is on the older side, and looks like it has been renovated into 2 homes. The owners live in the back section. The carpet is very old and the A/C is limited to one in the master and one in the bedroom on the other side of the kitchen. Difficult to get it cooled down and owners require you to shut off the A/C and fans when you leave. A couple loud dogs but otherwise pretty quiet. One bathroom shower has a step down into the tub which is a bit sketchy. Beds were comfortable and the linens nice. Easy check in and check out, never heard from the owner other than via VRBO app. One parking spot on property, otherwise parking on street which is very limited.

Perfect little home to stay at, close to beaches which is where we spent most of our time. Not to far from SoFi stadium, All the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes were available, had everything we needed! Definitely recommend!

No local TV channels if you’re looking for local news or sports, just Roku.

My husband and I along with another couple rented this house. We attended a wedding in Manhattan Beach and the location was perfect. The house was very clean and functional. It was perfect for 2 couples with the master bedroom on one side of the house and the guest bedrooms and second bath on the other side of the house. The host was very responsive whenever we had questions or needed something. I would rent again. Thank you!

All was good except the showers. It was a great difficulty for all of the guests to get in out of. They were not handicap accessible and if this was seen on the pictures, I never would have booked. There were no grab bars, one was too high to climb into and the other was a big drop down. Outside of that...............it was wondeerful and very cozy.

Just a GREAT home and stay. We loved that there were basic condiments, coffee, etc. provided. Exceptionally clean (we know this because another Redondo house was NOT clean). We appreciated the location. There were three adults and two children and everything was just wonderful! Thanks Nathan! I suspect we'll be back!

The house worked great for our family. It's an older home but clean and comfortable in a nice neighborhood close to beaches, shopping and restaurants.

Easy check in. Kitchen was well stocked. Very spacious home. The master bathroom door is a curtain, didn’t bother us, the other bedrooms were on other side of kitchen. Great layout. Location was great, very easy to get around. Ensenada’s surf and turf grill was amazing and very close.

It’s not touristy. And communication was absolutely perfect. It is an older home with funky realness- so bonus if you are an NBA player cause there’s a shower in there for you. Haha. Oh and the beds are comfy, clean, and supportive. We slept great.

We were in the heart of everything… house was charming… owners were on the property so communication was great! Parking was limited so if you have more than one vehicle you have to park on the street… otherwise, wonderful stay 😊
