The people at the front desk are *very very* friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady is doing an excellent job. The location is 100%, it is diagonally opposite to The Peninsula Hong Kong, the most iconic hotel in Hong Kong, and across Nathan Road, one of the most iconic roads in Hong Kong, you cannot ask for more as far as location is concerned. For what I paid and got in return, this place is unbeatable.

Location is great and everything is nearby. The Food Court next to the hotel offers many varities of dishes. Staff is friendly and helpful. Kowloon Park across the street and is good to take a stroll. Shopping in Nathan Road is one of my favourties and a number of shopping centers like K11, THE ONE, MIRA.

The coffee pot in the room was a nice touch. The free water refills was a nice touch.
The indian food court downstairs was awesome. No credit to the hotel for this but my girlfriend is Indian, we love Indian food, being that we live in china and can never get Indian food or spices, this was a major win for us.
The lift was nice but it was slow.
Excellent wifi.
My gf liked the hair dryer.
Allowed us to stay until 6 pm check out if we payed half the cost, that was nice of them.
The location to A21 airport bus was nice. And the location near the harborside water front was cool too. Overall I think I would stay here again. If they had slightly bigger rooms, we would definitely book again. Not bad, give it a stay!?🥳🤔
We asked if we could have two more towels. Upon request the lady asked us "why do you need more?" But she gave them anyway. Didnt like that.
Didnt like how slow the lifts were... not the hostels fault...
The double room in the photos are bigger than the actual room, didnt like that.
