Beautiful Apartment In The Very Hearth Of Florence With Extraordinary View
About this condo rental
Nestled in Florence, this charming condo for $323 per night is a great option for your next break. An exceptional setting in the very heart of Florence 150 meters from the Dome. Via dell'Alloro is a quiet street situated between the station, the Dome and the Medici Chappels. It is parallel to the main street of the center: so very close to shops, monuments and all you can see in Florence but at the same time quite without traffic. A tourist could ask for no better location in Florence. The home is on the second floor of a historic building without elevator. Uffizi Apartment was renovated in 2016. Very elegant indeed with its contemporary furnishings, it is an enchanting place to live, highly functional and perfect in every detail. Parquet, air conditioning in every room, two bathrooms and a spectacoular balcony. It is warm in winter and cool in summer thanks to the air conditioning but also to the extremely massive walls typical of historical edifices and its excellent exposure. The large windows make for bright and airy spaces. 70 square metres about interiors From the entrance, on the links side, you have the first triple bedroom which is 20sqm, very large and bright. It also has a double sofa bed. One aisle leads to the first larger barthroom and then the living area, a comfortable parlor distinct from, but well-connected to, the kitchen that opens onto it further ahead. From the living area you have the entrance of the second smaller double sleeping room with small privat bathroom. from the linving room again you have onother room (the dining room) the place is simply exception because of the view on the big Medici Chappel which is in front of you! You can hae a drink in the small terrace lokking at this monument that sems to be into the apartment. The home can very comfortably accommodate even 6 adults. The two bedrooms are separate from the living area and the kitchen and the two bathrooms guarantee extreme privacy. The living room can accommodate 2 people more because of the double sofa bed. the living room is a comfortable space opening into the kitchen area and furnished with a soft sofa (which can become a double bed), a flat-screen television and book case. Here one can sip a drink before dinner or relax, reading or watching TV. the kitchen is fully equipped, its colors light hues of pine, with a large refrigerator-freezer, oven, microwave oven, toaster and every utensil needed for cooking. The table seats 6-8 persons. These ample spaces make for a quality of life that can last a few days or months and even years.

Location is great, close to train station and all places you want to visit while in Florence. Be ready to go up the stairs but no issue for us as we knew that was part of the stay. 15 minutes walk to everything we wanted to see. Very comfortable beds. Great place overall.

This was a great apartment located about a block or two from the Duomo. Easy access to all the primary sites in central Florence. The apartment itself was a bit cramped, but I guess that was as advertised. To make this a top-notch spot, I would suggest providing the "extras." For example, it would have been special to arrive at the apartment and find a bottle of wine, and perhaps a few basics in the refrigerator. This is what I look for in order to give top grades. Otherwise it was an adequate place, clean, perfectly situated, but cramped.

The apartment is an easy walk from the train station and a few minutes walk from many of the key attractions in Florence. It was also easy to walk to the others - never more than 20 minutes regardless of our chosen destination. The property management was excellent at communicating with us and graciously allowed us to drop our bags at the apartment early. Even though our train was early and we arrived at the apartment even earlier than we had specified, Cesare met us just as we walked up (he had hustled there from another apartment as soon as he heard we were on our way from the station). He did an excellent job orienting us to the apartment and to Florence. He gave us several recommendations for "locals" restaurants and we tried all of them -- and were very pleased with both quality and price. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. We especially liked the charming balcony overlooking the dome of the Medici Chapel and enjoyed a few glasses of wine there while overlooking the beautiful city.

Using What’s App we had great communication with our host. We were met by Cesar who showed us the apartment and gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants. There is a book at the apartment that answers all your questions. We walked everywhere from the apartment- just a short walk to the Duomo. The beds were comfy, the apartment spotlessly clean and the host very attentive.

You can’t beat the central location of this apartment! Even though it’s right in the heart of Florence, it’s on a very quiet street. It isn’t fancy but has everything you need. The hosts were great with communicating upon check-in and were very helpful with local information and helping arrange a cab. We found the second bathroom to be quite small and tight otherwise everything was very clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our apartment with a view...in Florence! The location was great as we did a lot of walking! It was close to all the areas we wanted to visit, with a wonderful family owned restaurant close by..."La Madia".

The negative point is the miss communications between us and the guy who should open the appartment . We were oblige to wait about 1 hour after they told me he has somebody there already( but it was not true

Excellent location if you want easy access to SMN Train station, Duomo, Market, Ponte Vecchio bridge even, shops and restaurants and all that’s in between. Apartment is well suited for a short stay, we were 4 adults, the stairs were not a problem (only on second level). Great place to have a great visit in Italy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here on a trip to Europe. It was our first landing spot on a two week vacation. The apartment was wonderful and roomy and had everything you could need to make a meal or relax on the balcony. The apartment was spic and span! Instructions were very clear on how to work everything in the apartment and the beds were very comfortable. The location is excellent and makes, every point in Florence easily walkable. The only concern is if you have anyone with a walking difficulty, there are three large staircases that are quite narrow and you will need to take suitcases up. Aside from this, you will love your stay at this charming and lovely duomo view apartment!

If you want to stay in the historical center of Florence, this location is excellent. Everyday we were only several minutes walk from anyplace we wanted to explore in Florence, and were also conveniently near the train station, which allowed us to take a day trip to Venice, and a train to the airport.
The property itself was clean and suitable size for 2 couples. 36 steps from the street entrance to the apartment door, no lift. Not a problem for us, but be aware if you have mobility issues or lots of large bags. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well suited for basic needs; clothes washer appreciated! No problems with check-in. Local information & instructions provided in English.
We did send a question several weeks in advance of our stay, but did not get a response until much later (weeks); otherwise, communication on the day of check in & during stay was fine.
Can recommend & would be comfortable staying here again.

Super spot for two couples. Great access to popular sites. View from the dining room just like the photo. Loved having the little washing machine to catch up on laundry. Clean and room to spread out a little. We didn’t mind the stairs but they might be a factor for some.

Just a few blocks from the duomo and the railway station this appartment is very well located. The beds are very confortable and the apartment was fairly quiet for being in town center.

This space was absolutely amazing!! My friends and I had the best time while in Florence. The location was perfect and so close to everything. The rooms were so nice and so was the little balcony! Highly recommend staying here!
