The apartment is fully equipped and includes: -central A/C, heat, air exchanger, heated ceramic floors - washer/dryer -65" TV with cable and Chromecast -hi speed internet Now includes 1 free parking spot! Rare downtown! -We provide you with a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) Washer and Dryer too! Bedrooms: Two bedrooms with each a queen size sized bed and the other bedroom has 2 queen sized beds (all of our beds have memory foam mattresses). Upon request, we can set up 1 sofa bed. Luggage racks are provided. Kitchen, dining and living area: Fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) with essentials and cookware. Heated ceramic floors. ✓ Our location, even better! Located Downtown Montreal. A minute away from the subway(Sherbrooke), a park a few feet away and restaurants right out your doorstep! Close to the: -Old Port -Place des arts -5 minute walk to "the Main" boul. St. Laurent -10 minute walk to Quartier des Spectacles -5 minute walk to Quartier Latin -20 minute walk or 7 minute drive to the old port Coming down by bus? We're only a 6 minute walk from the central bus station! -Please note that we hold the necessary permits required by law to rent our properties short-term. Reserve without any worries of your reservation being canceled due to city by-laws! Something to consider if booking 3 to 4 weeks ahead of time! Note that there is video surveillance in the common staircase Unit now has only 1 Sofa bed

Family gathering with wonderful memories of family meals, games, and stories around the table was great. Views from all the windows of the down hill activities was fantastic. Sleeping and showering was restful and soothing. Frank was very accomadating and immediate. Nancy

This property was a perfect fit for our family of 5 (2 couples; 1 single) to gather for Christmas. There was plenty of room to gather for games, TV watching, dining, cooking. The location to the Metro is very convenient. We took a short drive to the Costco to stock up the refrigerator for the week. The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances are good quality and in working order. The parking spot was a big plus since we drove from the US. There is plenty of varied dining within walking or Metro distance. Frank was very responsive. He was quick to reset the router when we were having streaming issues. The property was cleaned well and there are plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. Hot water was always available for showers. Check-in/out was simple and instructions were provided in a timely manner. Be sure to use the link provided prior to check-in for additional instructions. I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfectly appointed, attractive, comfortable, clean and conveniently located. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend! The owner was very communicative and easy to work with.

Overall a nice place. Part of the charm is overseeing the city, but the windows were very dirty. Also, not enough sitting in the living room. We had 6 total guest staying. Lacking some glasses. Only 3 wine glasses, no martini glasses.

Property was clean and was absolutely true to the photos posted online. It is 100% located in the city, with all that comes with city life, right outside your front door and just steps from the metro rail. My wife and I stayed here with our four kids, ranging in age from 1.5 to 11. We felt safe, had lots of fun exploring family-friendly attractions and would definitely stay here again.

The condo was spacious and clean with all the amenties we needed. We were a group of 4 but there is lots more room for sleeping if needed. Walking distance to many restaurants and subway.

This property and location was just what we were looking for. My husband and I stayed here with our children and everyone was so happy. The apartment is sleek and modern but also very practical. It had everything we needed and Frank was very responsive whenever I had a question. Would definitely stay here again.

Beds are so comfortable and our family of 5 loved having 4 queen beds to sprawl out in. Would highly recommend this place to anyone we know looking for this type of adventure! Kitchen is well equipped, maybe not for a chef, but we managed well. Access with the digital codes was so easy, Frank is wonderful and efficient to deal with if you have any questions. The apartment/condo is modern, very clean and very spacious. It is in a safe and vibrant location close to shops and restaurants. There is a Metro station less than a block away. There is parking on site. The owner is very helpful and responds immediately when contacted. You are right in the heart of the city but inside the apartment is very quiet do to thick walls. This is one of the best VRBO properties I have ever rented.

Apartment was huge…even bigger than it looks in the pictures and gorgeous and very clean! We had a wonderful stay. It is in our favorite neighborhood of Montreal. Close to gorgeous parks, shopping, and so many amazing restaurants! Frank was wonderful with communication and our stay really could not have been better!! We can’t wait to come back and will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for having us!

Being new to Montreal, wasn’t sure what to expect about the property. But, wow, once we got in - we were not surprised. The photos depict the property as is. And it was perfect for our group of 6. Location was great because everything was close by and a block away you have tons of restaurants and breweries and an amazing choice of variety of foods plus a grocery store across the street. For this size group (4-8) I would not hesitate to stay here again. And the host was extremely helpful and very responsive to all our questions. Thanks Frank.
