We loved the view, the outdoor shower, the outdoor kitchen, the quietness. The island is superbe and the casa is a good point to explore it. Even if you have to walk a lot. The ambiance of the casa is very charming and tasteful.
As non-italian speaker it would have been helpful to get the recommendation to do your shoppings for 2 days (water,..) and then looking for a cab (or before with the driver waiting) when arriving at the port. And to know that even with a cab there is a 10 minute hike to the casa. (It was a little bit confusing in the beginning, but hey, it's holiday in a foreign country)

The view over the valley and the sea is fabulous! To sit in the outdoor kitchen and watch the sun and the moon over the sea. The outdoor shower and the hammock are great.
The secluded location gives lots of privacy.
The house is not completely ready, there are several unfinished electrical appliances.
The description on booking.com is not all correct - there are no tiles on the floor, there is no coffee machine and the ”garden” is wild with lots of rubbish - but we didn’t mind these things to be fair.
Also getting to and from the house is quite hard work.

location, silence, kitchen
the mosquito nets where broken, one of the outside light didn’t work, when you take a shower you don’t know how to dry the ground and the door handle were broken too. And missed something to dry the dishes. To me seemed that none is taking properly care of the house.
