Room was more beautiful than we expected; location of the Hotel is central; staff were very helpful, polite and personable; breakfast was 5* delightful and exceptional! Local brochures in Reception were very helpful. Easy drop off point for taxis. Easy walking access to local Restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, the old town and tourist sights
Guests with heavy suitcases or mobility issues have to manage carrying their suitcase up 7 stairs from street level to enter Reception.

Location, location, location
No AC, a bit loud with the windows open. It’s a bit of a maze due to the age/historic nature of the building(s). If you’re not aware it’s a little bit of an adjustment.

Clean and centrally located. A great place to make a base for travel around Stockholm. The breakfast, which is included with the price of the stay, was excellent.
The rooms were small and the bathrooms were minuscule, making for an uncomfortable experience. One of our rooms had a few broken amenities - the hooks in the bathroom, for instance. Also the beds are SMALL.

Very good Situation, Everything within walking range. Excellent breakfast buffet.
Tiny rooms, bathroom included. Little comfort. No electric plug in the bathroom, hardly any space between bed and desk, no safe in the room, tiny wardrobe… no bathrobes. The room does not deserve 4*.
No place to sit and relax, except a few seats at the reception.
