The location was very convenient, and parking was no problem. Struggled with the lock box, which was a bit high for easy access and had only one key for our group of multiple adults. Owner was very responsive and provided for another key on request. The downstairs was a bit quirky, but this was described in the listing. Air conditioning could have been better in the basement, but the weather was extraordinarily warm during our stay, and people were able to sleep okay. We all enjoyed our stay.

Was a bit concerned about renting a shared property, however it was perfect. Our family had the back of the house and lower level and year round renters had the front. Met the renter and he was so nice, made me feel better staying there with my family. The layout of the house is beautiful, updated and clean. The backyard was great for dining on the patio, having a fire at the pit and playing cornhole in the backyard. Beaches are close and easily accessible. We look forward to renting again in the future! Upon our arrival we found out that the house was a 2 family attached home. The laundry area was in the basement through a bathroom and accessible to the tenants in the attached house! One of the bedrooms did not have a bedroom door-which caused a great deal of problems with my son and daughters and privacy. The upstairs toliet kept clogging and when the plumber came to fix it he mentioned he had told the owner they should have replaced it. Having to plunge a toliet constantly is not my idea of a vacation. The stove did not work and the owner actually responded by asking me if I knew how to work a gas stove. I own a gas stove and the plumber agreed with me that it was not working properly. The exterior lighting was non existent so if you are traveling with kids or grandparents bring a flashlight. The owner was "snarky" -her words, not mine when I called about the issues with the house. The first floor is pretty and bright, the basement is loud with dehumidifiers that have to run non-stop. In all the years of renting in Cape Cod I have never been so disappointed.

The house was absolutely lovely. I was worried about the location, being right on 6A, but it wasn't an issue at all- the landscaping is clever, giving you a private quiet oasis in the backyard, and blocking out any road noise. The yard is beautiful. It truly felt like a home away from home. It's obvious that the owners love the cottage and have spent time here and put a lot of thought into making it comfortable and beautiful. There's ample storage space, the kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans and sharp knives and even Tupperware.

Enjoyed our stay here with family. Pros: great kitchen, perfect fenced in yard for the kids including fire pit with wood and gas grill, deck with table and chairs, lots of sleeping spaces for many people, 2 bathrooms is a huge plus, close to a lot of great places to visit (loved Paine's, Kate's, and the CCMNH), games available for families Cons: the A/C situation, not quite enough living room seating, broken dishwasher Overall very happy with our stay, thank you for sharing your home with us.
