We were visiting San Antonio for our daughters Air Force BMT graduation. Very close to base and very nice, clean house. Derrick messaged me asking if we needed anything which we didn’t. We would definitely rent this again. Thank you! A+

We came into town for my son's Air Force BMT Graduation, Was a close drive to the base. Home was lovely. Check-in super easy. Excellent communication. We were very comfortable at the house. My son was able to come back after graduation to relax, visit and eat. I was able to bake him a fresh peach pie he was wanting. We appreciated the cooler in the pantry. Shower was great. Bed comfortable. Host were very accommodating. Wonderful stay.

Outside of town and quiet! Exactly what is needed from the hustle and bustle of the busyness of Fiesta in San Antonio in the month of April. The home is welcoming and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it. Great price and only about 20 mins from down town S.A. Communication with the owner was awesome and they even left us a note to welcome us for my husbands birthday celebration.

No back patio or enclosed yard like the rest of the neighborhood. Host was awesome. Kitchen is lacking cookware and kitchen ware. Garage at back and with no access to it, entering the house was very inconvenient.

Stayed in this beautiful home while in town for a wedding. (January 2022) It was very comfortable, and immaculately clean. Loved staying there, and felt very welcome. There was construction going on a couple of houses down which caused some trash to blow onto "our" lawn, and extra vehicles, traffic, and noise. Other than that minor inconvenience, our stay was perfect. Highly recommend.

Nice gated community. Open concept living area with large tv for the Super Bowl. Home base for our golf trip. Golf Club of Texas next door. Bbq was great to have as we had a couple excellent steak dinners at home. Great time had by all.

I reserved this house for my elderly mother, my sister and brother-in-law. It was so much nicer to stay in there house instead of renting two hotel rooms. We had a couple things come up during our stay like the propane on the bbq was out and the porch light was burnt out. The host was quick to respond and got it fixed right away. I would rent this house again if the need arose.

Strike 1: I inquired about where I could locate additional towels and washcloths; I work out a lot and I had 2 small children for 2 days of my stay. Lien drawers were marked “do not use” I was told I was welcome to use the laundry facility as well as the soap provided. Strike 2: Signage was offensive, and it read, Life is full of options, remove your shoes or scrub the floor, thank you. Strive 3: Refrain from cooking greasy food, that will cause the smell to linger. There was also a list to remind me that inventory is taken and not to take any of their belongings. It is unfortunate that visitors sometimes take property during there stay; hotel have been having that problem for years and it is just something that they must deal with. All guests, like myself, will only leave with what they paid for and in their possession before entering. I like clean bedsheets daily, just like I use at home and do not use the same towels twice, different towel for body and face. This did not work out for me, but I love the home and area. Someone should with them on their “house rules” using softer words to relay the same message because I found it offensive and disrespectful.

We love to stay, peacefully

This is a great rental property! All 3 bedrooms have super comfortable king size beds, and there are 3.5 baths - so plenty of room for everyone to get ready. The kitchen and living room are open concept and very nice. It is in a gated community with a lot of new construction/newer homes. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental.

The only issue we really had was we never got our gate code or house code, so we followed another car through the gates. Upon reaching the VBRO home we waited for 45 minutes to get into the home and only able to do this was because the neighbor gave us phone numbers to try and reach the leasing agent. Sent several messages but got no response. The home is nice and well located.

We had a problem with check in. The gate code provided was incorrect so I contacted the owner and he responded quickly. However, it took approximately 30 minutes to get a current gate code for us to be able to enter. When we were finally able to get into the house, it had not been cleaned and clearly was not ready for us. I again contacted the owner, who quickly contacted his property manager. She called me within 10 minutes and came to the house 40 minutes later to clean and make the beds. She was apologetic and very kind. We left for about an hour while she cleaned the house (we got back to the house just before 10 pm and she said she had just finished cleaning) I did not feel that extra precautions were taken in the cleaning process during this time of COVID due to the rush cleaning job. The house was in a great neighborhood and the owner does a great job of explaining where things are and provides recommendations for things to do in the area. The beds were not very comfortable but the rest of the house was just what we needed for a week of exploration in San Antonio.

The property is exactly as advertised. It’s clean and comfortable and close to amenities. The kitchen is well outfitted. We took advantage of the new HEB grocery store less than 3 miles away and cooked at home for our entire stay. The neighborhood is friendly, as we went on walks every evening and were greeted warmly by all those that we met. Derrick is a great host, we had two small issues and he was easy to contact and took care of things right away. All in all, we had a great stay. I’d stay again for sure.
