It was a very nice stay for me and my family. It was in a great location and very central to many attractions. The hosts were very responsive and accomadating. I would definitely stay there again.

Plenty of space indoors and outdoors. Private fenced in backyard with a pool and 2 patio areas. Modern up to date and clean. Every amenities you may need it is truly a home away from home. Neighborhood is very quiet and is centrally located near all attractions.

We are a regular Airbnb travelers and would rate this place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to restaurants, and the beaches Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful home.My children enjoy their stay loved backyard and pool this was perfect for a family vacation stay.

We stayed for four nights with our adult children before taking a cruise out of Miami. Hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. We checked in after midnight and it was still a seamless process. Impeccably clean home. Best stocked kitchen we’ve ever seen in a rental property and we’ve stayed at many. Very nice back yard with lots of flowers and an avocado and mango tree. Yes, there are pretty bad mosquitoes (I got crushed) but with bug spray, they were not too bad. The small above ground pool was nice to cool off in. The washer and dryer are outside, which was a first for us, but they worked fine - this was essential for us because we needed all clean clothes for our cruise. The neighborhood was safe and easy to access everything we wanted to do within 5-20 minutes drive (or walking). I would stay here again and would recommend it to others. It’s a small, eclectic and super clean home in a nice, transitional part of Miami. We felt that the price was very fair for all that the home offered.

The house is absolutely adorable. I really appreciated the fact that they had baby locks on the cleaning cabinet as well as plates and cutlery for kids. The back yard is so peaceful and surprisingly quiet. We would definitely stay again

We recently came for a short weekend getaway and it was a perfect place for us to stay. We brought our boat which is rather large and it fit easily in the drive way along w enough parking for our truck. The back yard is super cute for a hang out w family and friends. The beds were comfortable and they had everything you would need from soaps to extra toothbrushes and more! We will be returning for sure!

What an awesome stay! This place feels like staying at a friends’ house who happens to be out of town. It is set up like a real home with everything people would need. This place is close to Wynwood & the Beaches, in a nice, safe neighborhood. There was plenty to eat locally & the Hosts treated us like family! Between the pool, large tropical yard, location and set up of the home, this was the Best Deal we’ve found in Miami! We’ll be back, for sure!

My family & I absolutely loved this house! Huge yard for the kids to run around in & we all enjoyed the pool daily. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean, and every amenity we could’ve needed was there. The kitchen is Fully stocked. They thought of everything here! Sam & Andy were great hosts. Quick responses & super helpful. We were able to walk to local parks and restaurants. It was so close to everything, we’ll definitely be staying here agian whenever we’re in Miami!

Everything was perfect we couldn’t of asked for a better experience. The host Sam and the property was absolutely perfect. The house and property was exactly as described and extremely clean. We will most definitely book again.

Cute property. The property is close to the beach, Wynwood, Arts district and many other things. The house is well stocked. Plenty of towels, toiletries and kitchen supplies. Walking distance to restaurants. The backyard has a small above ground pool and outdoor area. I’m a Floridian and used to mosquitoes. My out of state family was bothered by them. Nothing that repellent couldn’t solve. The property would be amazing with a screened lanai. Overall we liked the property and would rent again.

The pool was not as per picture. When we called they said the host described it in description of the property. The air conditioning was leaking. The doors and tiles were cracked . No exhaust fan in shower. Yard was not maintined or cleaned.

The location was very good- convenient for shopping, dining, the beach and occasional trips to Hard Rock Casino and Hotel just a few miles north on I-95. Soumare and Andy were available within the day of hearing any issue. They are both wonderful, accommodating 'landlords.,' If I could give one word of caution, it would be that two seniors had difficulty using the "A"-type ladder for the above ground pool. We did, however, enjoy the fresh avocados that fell regularly! Thank you, Sam & Andy

I could not be happier with this rental. Owners were available for questions and answered quickly. Very close to Miami Beach. We did not have a gathering but the back yard would be perfect for it. I would definitely recommend this home.

Everything was perfect. They made the stay easy and it was awesome. I would definition go back to this property.

Although this house is located close to Downtown Miami where the neighborhood starts show more poverty, it's a great deal because it's very roomy, all the conveniences of your own home and only one and a half short blocks from US1/Biscayne Blvd which is a major intersection that connects you to everything. The only downside is that there's only one full bathroom that we all had to share.

My experience was top notch. The pictures don't do the property justice. Each room is decorated and fully stocked with everything you would need. The check in process was so smoth and the communication easy and quick. The location of the home was within minutes to so many cute restaurants, parks, food trucks, and so many other things. I only wish i had more time to stay. I definitely want to come back again!

The kitchen is very well equipped and all the spices were there. Ceiling fans in every room plus AC is very comfortable. There's good restaurants nearby and they left menus for places you can walk to and places you can drive to. The location is convenient - we went to the zoo, super blue, little Havana, key largo for snorkeling, downtown to an escape room and to South Beach and key Biscayne Beach. Nothing too far. Check-in process with the door code very convenient and hassle free. Recommended A+

Our family went to Miami for spring break and really enjoyed staying in the house. It is adorable, and I loved the character of the home. It was well equipped and had everything we needed. The owners were great to work with!
