A great comfy apartment for 4 people in a great location close tot he Firenze train station and all the city sights. Eleonora was a great and helpful host providing a lot of useful tips. Clean and cosy apt with A/C in each room. Coffee shops, restaurants and a smalls supermarket nearby. Two underground parking houses within a 5 min walk, if you arrive by a car and need to park it nearby.. Would come back and stay again!
PS; Yes, it is two steep flights of stairs to the apartment, but nothing that cannot be managed.

8 minutes walk from train station
If you have luggage to carry it is in 2nd floor, I am okay with it.

Location was excellent. Close to the train station and in a nice neighborhood. Miki was an excellent hostess. Can't speak highly enough of her. Excellent communication and recommendations. The apartment was clean too.
The wifi was spotty and kept going in and out. We tried unplugging it 5 times and eventually gave up. The sheets were very stiff and the main bedroom took a long time to cool down. But my biggest complaint was the restaurant next door. We heard thumping all night long, no matter what room we were in.
