We really loved the vibe of the house and the extraordinary view and quietness of the place was fantastic, we had a very good time and also loved the large, super pool!

In general was good. José Maria is very friendly and provide us all information that we needed. The house is reasonable, with the views and the pool as strengths, but in my opinion the cost benefit is not so good, as the house and amenities are simple. The announcement of the property gives an idea that these are two houses to be rented for the summer, with a shared swimming pool. However, in reality there is a main house (the owners reside there), whose pool they shared with the guests of the guest house rented. This fact particularly bothered me a little, because despite having rented the house, I felt invading the privacy of the owners, a situation that caused me discomfort.

Localization is perfect, very quiet and view is amazing. Infinity pool is incredible! Furniture could be renewed and kitchen a bit better equiped. Then everything would be 100% perfect :-)

Everything was perfect. We hated to leave. We road bikes from this location to every beach and town, but we also had a few guests use a car. Highly recommend this property!!

Our arrival was very smooth, friendly and easy. The villa is in a wonderful position looking out across the bay and near several good beaches. You need a car as it's a good 10 mins drive off the main road onto a dirt road. My comments would echo others that the bathrooms could do with some renovation, everything is a bit worn and old, (I've thrown away better shower curtains !), the towel rails have all been taken down so there's nowhere to hang towels and the blackout curtains are really worn and hanging loose, we resorted to using a rug over the window in the back bedroom. The pool is about a 3 minute walk down the hill, we only saw someone from the main house there once. It is lovely as is the dining table under the pergola.

The house is in a good location - would suggest hiring a car to access the supermarket and beaches in different parts of the island. The house has good amenities and the bedrooms and beds were comfortable with air conditioning if required. There is access to an infinity pool. Would recommend for groups of friends or a family. We had a wonderful relaxing stay.

The property is a little tired with some work needed on the bathrooms but the property was simple, tidy with breathtaking location.
