Was really surprised how big the room was given the price, the bathroom was also very spacious and well designed. Even had a balcony, which is very rare for that price. Nice view of the surrounding neighbourhood. Very clean. Staff nice.
The hotel is on city outskirts, however it's right next to a tram stop, city centre is a 15 minute ride away. There's also a major shopping centre literally behind the corner.

I did not have breakfast. It is a bit far from old town/city centre.
On the check-out day, I came back and sat in the lounge to spend a few hours as my train as at night. The lounge consists of just 3 chairs. On that day, it was raining and cold outside, otherwise I had planned to spend the time time roaming around the city before me train was scheduled. I just sat on a chair, and to pass the time, sometimes closed me eyes and rested my head on my arms or on the chair handle. But the receptionist Sonya was quite rude, and she came to me saying -- "you cannot sleep here", "it looks bad", etc. I told her that I was not sleeping and had just closed my eyes, while being awake all the time. The fact of the matter is there were hardly any people coming and going there, and my sitting there in a respoing posture did not cause any harm to anyone.
I stayed there 7 nightd, and this treatment during departure really spoilt it al for me. The hotel staff should have te minimumcourtesy. On the other hand, the day before my departure, I had asked another receptionist to ask the housekeepers to clean the room -- I reminded him twice. But still the room was not cleaned.
