Die Lage ist einzigartig. Direkt aus'm stary browar raus und man ist da.
Wirklich modern ausgestattet und liebevoll mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten gestaltet.

Wybór związany głównie z bliskością miejsca konferencji, ale bardzo dobry. Lokalizacja w centrum naprzeciwko wejścia do Starego Browaru. Od strony podwórza cisza. Korytarze podłogi czyste i pachnące w dobrych materiałach i wykladzinach. Dostęp elektroniczny do budynku i pokoju wygodny. Bardzo wygodne łózka z czysta nowa pościelą, kołdrą i poduszkami. dobrze działająca TV internetowa nawet z wyborem filmów. Czyste nowe ręczniki i łazienka z wyborem kosmetyków( nie korzystałem-mam własne) powitalna butelka wina musującego (tez nie korzystałem-pijam wybrane) ale ,podobnie jak indywidualny list powitalny, to miłe ). Wyposażona kuchnia z czajnikiem i mv bez płyty. Na ul. Pólwiejskiej i w CH Browar dużo restauracji śniadaniowych i cukierni w rozsądnych, jak to w Poznaniu, cenach.
Brak ekspresu do kawy np z kapsułkami lav... blue sprzedawanymi np w recepcji. Problem z parkowaniem samochodu w rozsądnej cenie. Browar odpada. Parking na Starej Wildze 5 minut albo podziemny na placu Wolności, 50 zł /d 10 minut, który polecam. Taki urok centrum. Brak windy i strome schody co może być utrudnieniem dla starszych albo niepełnosprawnych. Ale można zamówić pokój na parterze.

plenty of facilities, clean and good amenities and location to shops/restaurants
Huge issue with security. We twice had an intruder - the same person on separate occasions. At approx 10:30pm Friday night a man entered both the main building door, our corridor door and then got into one of our ACTUAL bedroom/apartments. We kicked him out. He had different accomplices waiting at the doors and they used the rear door to pretend they were staying there / going in and out. We reported all of this immediately to reception. She changed our codes and double checked they worked and after text us to confirm the new codes worked and sincerely apologise and that she had informed the manager. NOTE- you have one code for every door you use, so the same for the main door and your apartment. However they did not call the police.
He then returned the next morning, and was again in the main building. We had someone else in our group watch him enter a code that was not ours - and it was confirmed by the receptionist that this was a staff code. So it seems he could’ve been able to access other apartments. The cleaner confronted him the 2nd time in Polish and we believe told him to leave. It seems she somehow knew who he was. We again reported this to the new receptionist and I text the previous one to ask to inform the manager that the intruder had returned. The different receptionist did not call the police even after we insisted this was 2nd incident of the same person. We said he has broken and entered - so seems it is not an offence. We phoned the police ourselves but they also could not do anything. She again reported this only to the manager.
We did not hear from the manager at all until the Monday morning after most of us left. He then said they had called the police - it felt a little too late after we had 2 nights following that initial incident. They have cameras and reception watching but clearly did not see the intruder and accomplices both times.
