Nestled in Lake Conjola, this lovely house for $302 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. The property features reverse cycle ducted air-con throughout and no stairs. With a great thoughtful layout this gem features a master bedroom with ensuite (vanity/shower /toilet) and walk in robe. Linen provided. There is a second bathroom (bath/vanity/shower) and another separate toilet. The home features carpeted bedrooms with tiled living areas, spacious open plan kitchen with walk in pantry and dishwasher, internal laundry and plenty of storage with built-ins throughout. The place is well lit with vertical blinds and screens on windows with sliding glass doors leading to a large outdoor undercover entertainment area. Travel cot available but need to bring own linen for same. Fully fenced so safe for the family to play. All this with easily maintained lawns on a generous 665m2 block and walk to beaches and lake. General store and Cafes at Bendalong and Cunjurong Point. Manyana is a 30-minute drive to Ulladulla, 25 to Mollymook and 20 to Milton where you will find all the supplies for your holiday for shopping centres, cinemas, pubs and clubs. At Manyana there are also tennis and basketball courts, skate park and soccer field but you need to bring your own equipment. Double garage and fully fenced rear yard. Close to Lake Conjola and Green Island Near pristine Manyana Beach Spacious enough for the extended family. Strictly no smoking inside. Wifi available. No parties, events, bucks or hens nights without approval of owner and agent. No pets allowed.

Very nice and spacious place to stay. We were 3 families with kids and dog. Kids and dog enjoyed the back yard. Walking distance to the beach. The only disappointment was how cleaners cleaned the house after last visitors. Overall I would recommend this place to everyone.

Great place to stay for a long weekend, plenty of space to relax inside and out at the property, with a fully enclosed backyard for pet. Close to the beach and river. Only issue was when requested we bring our own linen, one of the single beds is a king single and standard single sheets don't fit if the listing can be updated with correct bed sizes this would help with this. Everything else was perfect with a very quiet and relaxing stay all round.

We loved the area and Boathouse beach at Bendalong is our favourite beach in the world. Clear gentle water and visits from the beautiful stingrays. The house was spacious and everyone was really comfortable.
